Ich übernachte bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, und der Hauptgrund dafür ist die Lage. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Nabwi-Moschee. Man kann zum Gebet gehen und nach jedem Gebet wieder ins Zimmer zurückkehren. Auch das Frauentor ist in der Nähe. Ich reise mit dem Auto, und je nach Verfügbarkeit stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was mir ein gutes Gefühl gibt. Beide Male habe ich, Alhumdulillah, kostenlos geparkt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, auch im Taiba Commercial Center. Insgesamt sehr gut.

Die Bedingungen sind sehr schlecht und sehr schmutzig. Ich wurde krank, nachdem ich dort war

Die Lage ist gut, die Sauberkeit ist gut. Der Service war nicht gut. Ich hatte Trinkwasser im Zimmer verlangt, aber sie weigerten sich. Man sagte mir, dass meine Reservierung kein Trinkwasser beinhaltet, obwohl Wasser in jedem Hotel zur Grundausstattung gehört. Grüße, Wael

Location was perfect. You can walk everywhere in a few minutes only especially to mascid el nebevi. Hotel employees was pozitive and smiling all the time. But Ashadul was giving the best service for our rooms house keeping. Thank you once again for everything 🙏🏼

This place is appalling!!! Although the staff are friendly, the service is non-existent. The hotel is run down and needs to be renovated. The bathrooms are dated and not cleaned properly. We stayed on the 8th floor and there was a damp smell as soon as you exited the elevators. The damp smell was also in the rooms. The view out of the window was obscured by dirt and dust. The maintenance and upkeep of this place is atrocious. The hotel is classed as a 3 star, however, it is not anywhere near the standard of a 3 star in Europe or Turkey. Stay away and book somewhere else. We were glad to leave this place!!!

DO NOT BOOK. Booked here through *********** for my parents and they kept stating that my card declines, tried updating the card details FOUR times! They definitely overbooked and they just wanted to charge us without providing us the room! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Good hotel, but not the best. I had a good night sleep here. Near from Masjid Nabawi, you could walk for maybe 500m. Food is good, but maybe not really my taste. Not a really spacious room, and provide 3 single bed for me and my parents. Sometimes it is hard to open my big suitcase here. But not a big problem.

I stayed in this hotel 6 days with our children. The rooms are very small with no chair or tables. Washrooms have mold and they give you very small amount of toilet paper. during 6 days we did not get even one time cleaning service. I called the cleaning guys to clean the rooms, they only fixed the bed sheets and did not clean the rooms and did not pick up the garbage. rooms are worn out and electrical plugs are not working well. Manager is not on site from before 10am and after 6pm. Do not get the food or breakfast package, it is very bad. I do not recommend this hotel if the price is more than $40 per night.

BEEARE. Worst ever experience even without setting foot in this hotel. Horrible customer service They cancelled at the last minute. When we had family with elderly, children, and infants. They are unprofessional staff when you call them they would lie in our face that we had booking. Scamming people in this holy city when people are traveling from far away for the sake of their deen, is a great sin of these people. Its nit Durrat ul Eman , its Durrat ul Scam.

The only positive thing is the location. I booked the hotel as it said early check in allowed and as I had elderly parents and we arrived early chose this over other who said 4pm check in. Despite showing them the receipt of check in we waited six hours before we got a room. The room was so small we had nowhere to put suitcases, we couldn’t walk around the room. The carpets are filthy, walls are dirty and grubby. The bathroom was disgusting. We had no hot water for three days till we found a local Arabic speaker from UK to talk to them. It hit fixed but remained luke warm . The key fobs do not work, even if you keep them away from your phone; so be prepared for lots of trips up and down. Breakfast was basic at best and choice was interesting like chicken nuggets. Rooms are not cleaned and you have to chase them and when you do they put dirty bedsheets and covers in. Unfortunately no one wants to listen or care and this made our stay at Medinah very stressful and unpleasant

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s a 5minute walk to the Prophets Masjid. It’s has plenty of shops/restaurants in the near vicinity. That’s were all the good points end! I booked this as I found no other hotels at the time of my travel, and I needed a place for the family to stay. If you read the reviews, and the fact the management do not comment tell a lot about the hotel, especially when the reviews mention similar issues. The hotel has faulty key entry to the rooms, experienced by many and extremely frustrating. As you have go downstairs to the main reception to change the key card. This brings me to the next issue, the lift are very small and limited in numbers. A simple life journey to the 5th floor can take up to 15 minutes on a good time, when busy no point trying/waiting use the stairs, even if you are on the 10th floors. The rooms are dated and bathroom are simple but to be honest expected for a 3 star property. Wi-Fi is good coverage. Furniture is dated and worn. The phone does not call reception, limited English TV channels. The food was not to my taste, breakfast despite paying I only ate the first day. Budget tea bags, cordials juices, no fresh eggs, bread and pastries poor quality. Personal if you have no option and need to book this hotel, book room only and have breakfast somewhere else. The staff who I communicated with were pleasant enough, but limited in numbers. Hotels communication through email and *********** application is extremely poor/disappointing. They don’t answer any enquiries, either when emails have been sent by ***********. My advise avoid this hotel, only book out of desperation and just know the purpose of your stay is worship which takes away the focus of the hotel.
