My stay was pleasant, and the room had a lovely view from the balcony. I would definitely book again. However, a few things could be improved: the sliding door for hanging clothes needs maintenance, some of the wall paint is peeling, and one of the bedroom lights needs replacement.

Very near to the venue that I aim to go.. Estuari sports centre.. Comfortable.. Clean.. High floor.. Secure.. Easy self check in and out.. Complete amenities like a studio house..

Filthy studio, poor service staff, cleanliness and estate of the studio is a problem for short or long term stays. Stained walls, smell, etc...I do not recommend it unless you do not have another option.

A very nice scenery view from 31st floor, with superb cleanliness. Except the drainage flow rate quite slow in the bathroom but not significantly affected the trip
