Die Lage ist optimal, neben dem Bahnhof und vor dem Keith Haring Mural. In einem angenehmen Spaziergang durch eine Fußgänger-Einkaufsstraße erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Pisa in 10 Minuten. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Rezeption abends geschlossen ist und dass es viele Treppen gibt, um zu den Zimmern zu gelangen, und dass ich im ersten Stock war. Das Zimmer ist das kleinste, in dem ich in meinem ganzen Leben gewesen bin, buchstäblich das Bett und die richtige Stufe, um durchzukommen, aber das Badezimmer wurde renoviert und alles war sauber. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung ist es perfekt, für einen Urlaub und das Zimmer genießen, nein. Freundliches Personal per Telefon, um das Hotel zu erreichen

Simple and friendly hotel, well located near the central station. The least positive thing was the bath towels, very thin and small.

Points positifs : Pratique car pas loin de l'aéroport (25 min à pied environ), même distance pour se rendre à la tour de Pise. Pas mal de magasins, de restos et snacks dans le coin. Personnel sympathique. Points négatifs : A notre arrivée le soir vers 19h30, porte close et après avoir sonné une dizaine de fois personne pour nous ouvrir. Personne à l'intérieur. Nous avons finalement appelé le numéro affiché sur la porte pour qu'on nous donne le code d'entrée et le numéro de chambre où la clé nous attendait. Il fallait le savoir ! Petit déjeuner pas très varié. Mais surtout aucune climatisation dans ma chambre un vrai four. Bien pour une nuit lors d'une arrivée ou d'un départ....

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. From the front door to the bedroom it was dirty and dingy. The window of the door was dirty. I was no reception and the "manager" kept me waiting outside on a very busy street in very hot temperatures for a half hour to come and let me in. The whole place was shabby. The bedroom was so small I could touch both walls by stretching my arms out, the length of the room was just about a foot longer than the single bed. The air conditioning was more of a warm breath than cool breeze. The room reeked of dampness and mould and that chemical smell from heavy bug repellent. The toilets and shower were just as bad, not very clean and smelling of damp and decay. I stayed long enough to use the WiFi to find another hotel and got out of there as quick as I could. There being no lift so had to carry my heavy suitcase back down two flights of stairs to escape.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and we sincerely enjoyed it. It is an old building but the rooms have everything you need. Spacious bathroom, good beds, smart tv, fridge, kettle etc. We only had minimal contact with staff as this is a small hotel and thus staff is not available for the whole day, but the little contact we had, the staff was courteous and most helpful. the hotel lies in a very central part of Pisa with close proximity to airport and train station. The only thing one has to be aware of is that there is no lift so its usually one or two flights of stairs to one's room. All in all, very satisfied.

The hotel is a great option for travelling further around the region, as it's just a few minutes walk from the train station. At the same time it's 1.5 km from the airport (easy to walk) and 1.5 km from the old town. Very convenient. As it's in the centre it's really loud inside, we could hear all the rumours/cars from the street. Breakfast - very limited. Also the presence of the receptionists was limited just to the breakfast time, but thanks to this all the procedures are uncomplicated and automatic. Very nice Staff.

Hotel is located right near the train station on a busy road. 25 minute walk from the airport too. Facilities basic and clean. Breakfast was selection of croissants and jams etc. Useful as a base for a night or two. Cleaner and the guy serving breakfast/on reception were both very nice. Worth noting that reception doesn't always have someone attending in the afternoon and you have to WhatsApp/call them for the door code.

Hotel deserto senza alcuna persona in reception ma con un codice per entrare e numero camera che addirittura è già aperta , non c’è ascensore e le scale sono strette . Camera nella media seppur datata, nota molto molto dolente è la pulizia, peli e capelli altrui nel lavandino, nel bidet , per terra e nel letto. Ma chi fa le camere in questo modo? Disgustoso. Colazione con prodotti dolci confezionati e non freschi , però vedendo il grado di pulizia forse è meglio, chissà. Spesa 115€, sicuramente si può migliorare e vedere tre stelle obbliga a migliorare per forza nella pulizia e igiene della camera anche per giustificare il prezzo richiesto . Peccato.

Abbiamo soggiornato lì il 9, insieme a dei nostri amici, ci è stata data la stanza 241 che si affaccia sulla strada principale ! Entrati in stanza abbiamo subito sentito un cattivissimo odore di fogna misto ad un pessimo profumo per ambiente, sul letto vi era una stuoia in ecopelle con sotto un’impronta di un piede, il bagno sporchissimo inguardabile con un dito di polvere ovunque addirittura le formiche che gironzolavano sul lavandino! Siamo stati costretti per il cattivo odore ad aprire la finestra ma essendo su una strada principale il via vai delle macchine, ambulanze , gruppi di ragazzi ecc ecc, abbiamo forse dormito 2 ore in tutto ! La colazione penosa, sembrava di essere in trappola ORRIBILE SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Prenotato per una notte, per la vicinanza alla stazione e ai punti d'interesse principali (lungarno, Pisa 'vecchia' e locali serali per cenare, Piazza dei Miracoli. Raggiungibili a piedi o in bus..) La nostra camera al primo piano pulita e confortevole, anche se non grandissima; bagno piccolino,ma con doccia confortevole) Stanza ben isolata dal traffico esterno. Graditi all'arrivo l'acqua fresca trovata nel minifrigo, il cestino di caramelle, la possibilità di prepararsi un tè in camera, le ciabattine e i prodotti in bagno, rasoio e spazzolino compresi. È vero, la reception chiude in pomeriggio, ma l'ospite è fornito di un codice da digitare su tastiera per entrare in hotel e di un numero di cellulare a cui fare riferimento per eventuali necessità. Al primo piano ho trovato uno spazio apposito per fumatori, non avendo la stanza un balcone. Riguardo la colazione: certamente non le colazioni a buffet dei grandi alberghi, ma tutto il necessario per una colazione nutriente, succo di frutta e yogurt compresi. Possibilità di deposito bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. In ultimo, la cortesia di chi ci ha accolti all'arrivo e salutati alla partenza fa già la differenza...

Pessima esperienza, hotel attempato, tanta polvere ovunque , Bagno angusto, vecchio e sporco. Doccia impraticabile, piena di muffa e peli. C' erano tante formiche ...ritrovati anche sul letto. La colazione non offriva prodotti buoni. La reception presente solo poche ore la mattina . Il prezzo pagato di €130,00 a notte è eccessivo rispetto al servizio offerto.

Posizione niente male a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni e a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto. Unica nota positiva. Stanza sporca, peli e polvere ovunque. Mi aspetto di più da una stanza da 130 euro a notte che ti offre solo il pernottamento. Reception presente solo per poche ore al giorno.
