Convenient location to get the airport line . Unfortunately the stair case nearby to underground shopping alley has no lift, so will be inconvenient for those who drag along with big luggage. Sound proof news improve in the room.

Everything is good other than the really bad sound proof.. might be a problem for light sleeper. Good that the hotel provides delivery service for a local renowned breakfast place and also some popular souvenirs!

I had a pleasant stay at City Suites Hotel, with its convenient location near Beimen Station! The only downside was the bathtub in the shower area, which was a bit tricky to climb in and out of and felt quite slippery. However, the staff was excellent—they were very willing to help when I requested a room change, and their service was great ✨✨✨

I stayed for 3 nights. I had a late check in and was assigned a room at the turning corner of entering into the corridor. I could hear footsteps when people walked by, at night and late night. I couldn’t sleep well through 2/3 nights. It would be nice if the room could have few more extra hangers. P.s, room like this could only fit one luggage to open. The location is very convenient to the airport train station.

Location is not really that close to taipei main station per hotel name, closer to beimen station.

This is my second time booked and stay at this hotel. Very convenient cause very close to the airport MRT. Will definitely stay again for my next trip to Taiwan.

From the moment you step into the hotel, you're greeted by friendly staff, making you feel right at home. Despite being a self check-in process, the staff from the office are quick to assist, ensuring everything goes smoothly. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free. The room itself was cozy, with just enough space for my 29" luggage opened on the floor. I booked a double bed without windows and was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub in the bathroom—definitely a nice touch. The bathroom amenities were good, with two types of shower gel in the bathing area and a well-stocked sink with essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving cream and shaver, shower cap, cotton buds, and more. The provided hair dryer was particularly useful. The room is well-equipped with plenty of power points, making it easy to charge all your devices. The sockets are international, so I didn’t even need to use my adaptor—a very convenient feature! Room service was prompt and the staff were consistently friendly and efficient, changing bath towels daily. There’s also a handy leather-bound reference book in the room to answer any questions you might have. The only downside is the limited food options directly below the hotel. However, a quick Uber ride (~5SGD) will take you to the popular Fu Hang Soy Milk for a delicious, hearty breakfast, and thereafter you may begin your adventure of the day! For those with large luggage or tired from a long day trip, I recommend using Beimen Station (Exit 2) as it has escalators and is a shorter walk from the hotel as compared to any other exits from Taipei Main Station. Otherwise, UBER is another great option. The hotel is also very near to the Airport Express Line which takes about an hour to the airport.

Everything is clean. Good experience overall. Convenient location.

The good side of the hotel is that it located at a convenience place, suggest for traveller with big luggage who stopped at Taipei Main Station can walk to Beimen Station, that way is easier and nearer to the hotel. The bad side is that the sound proof system is very bad, you still can hear people walking by and chatting during the midnight, kinda annoying.

The room is clean and new! Not so big just enough for family. Hotel is nearby Taipei main station and subway station.

Great hotel with bathtub!!! Clean environment with great location. Will book again.
