The location is good but the front desk staff is poor, unprofessional and slow which is the biggest drawback. Fortunately, after communicating with the trip.com platform, we got the service and room type we deserved.

Amazing location and service. Breaksfast selection was amazing and changed daily in the short time we were there.

Service by every member of staff was superb. Prime location, extremely east access to Masjid Nabi. Chef Sheriff deserves special recognition for the delightful meals that he cooked, and taking care of our needs. Staying here is an experience you don't want to miss.

وصلنا الساعه ٣ ولا دخلونا إلا الساعه ٤:٣٠ بحجة ان الغرفة لم يتم تنظيفها الي الآن. بعد ما دخلنا الغرفة تفاجأت أنها لازالت وصخه وكلها غبار. تجربة سيئة جدا جدا. بالضافة ان الكرت حق باب الغرفه خرب علي ٤ مرات وبعد ما جاء الفني قال معليش حنا غيرنا الأبواب هذي ولا سوينا تحديث لها.

After leaving a real 5* hotel in Mecca this was a real down We were dropped outside the hotel and went up some escalators to a series of 3 check in desks manned by 2 uninterested staff. The guy who checked us in was having a right good chat with a friend on the phone as he checked us in and despite getting there well after 4pm our second room was not ready. Room 104 is haram view double and very tight but comfortable bed and stunning view Room 601 is more spacious business suite. Overall both rooms are tired and need of freshening up. Toilet is stained and public areas are grotty. Breakfast was good selection, but be aware no one will help you find a place to sit and worse still when you complain it's dismissed. I waited in line for my morning omelette whilst others kept cutting in. I even said to the chef 'is there no line' and he continued to not care - so I spoke to the breakfast manager who said 'well this happens in busy times, InshaAllah better next time' - the whole point of booking 5 star is comfort and ease and not fighting for food! Of course location is amazing, but there are plenty other hotels which I would look at rather than coming here Pros: location Cons: staff and is dated

Excellent Warm Hotel. In front of the holy mosque. So clean and renovated recently. All facilities are available. Special thanks to receptionist with the best welcoming meeting. Parking was available and easy. Special Thanks you Captain Mr. M Sohaeil and Restaurant manager Mr. Mostafa for their professional management.

The receptionist Ghaida was so helpful so assist my needs and my families , and to make sure everything was just as we wanted , the place is clean and fresh , which is our standards , im glad I made the choice of choosing this hotel even though it’s just one night , they made me comfortable.
