Very historical and charming ryokan but most things are dated. The services are very good and the onsen can be better as the outdoor onsen is rather small.

Even though we called the hotel stating that we would be late for the check-in and dinner as there was heavy snow in the highway. The staff postponed it to 730. However, the snow was so heavy, we lost our way in town and we arrived at 8:10. The staff saying that we were too late and rejected to provide any food for us. we had to walk downhill to the town to find our own dinner. however, on the second night of our stay, we noticed that the other guests were having dinner at 9:10 when we passed by the restaurant. We know that we were late, but I believed that hotel is in the hospitality industry, the staff have to be considerate to the guests. as we were not meant to be late on purpose, just because of the bad weather outside, we couldn’t drive fast. We were in the highway 2 1/2 hours without any food and drink in the hope of arriving on time.

Over sold of the resort appeal.carpark far from hotel. The room is not up to standard. Very difficult to access. Although the meal presented well. A lot are vegetarian nothings solid. Felt paid too much for a normal accommodation. Would not recommend to any season travellers. The onsen is good but the facilities are very basic. There are no towel at facilities. Everything need to tobe brought from the room.

我們自駕前往，經過藏王溫泉街已經聞到濃烈的硫磺味，走到的盡頭便到達酒店的停車場，泊好車後，需要行有十幾級樓梯，酒店的員工體貼地上前幫忙拿行李。我們入住帶半露天溫泉的房間，下層是客廳，上層是寢室，房間非常寬敞，舒服又乾淨，膳食也非常美味，溫泉也很棒，喜歡泡溫泉的一定不會失望，讚！

係一間幾有歷史嘅酒店，雖然入酒店門口前有十幾級樓梯，不過如果你坐shuttle嘅話應該係會有工作人員幫你拎(我冇坐)，checkout有員工幫手拎行李，有車車你去車站，但其實係車站行過去都唔會話好遠，去睇樹冰都唔怕好遠，反正我慢慢行冇留意時間，睇住雪好快就到。酒店員工都好熱情服務好好，食物都幾好。不過房間會有啲凍建議冬天去嘅準備下啲暖包。

酒店有接送服務，職員很好，很主動幫忙拿行李，整潔乾淨衛生，有私人和2個公共溫泉

乾淨整潔，房間不算小，16樓有大澡堂可泡，地段也不錯，出行方便，晚上回到賓館，在早餐區有鋼琴演奏和小食提供，離酒店步行不算遠的正樂寺，那紅楓太出片了，總體入住體驗很愉快👍

從山形站轉巴士（每個小時一班）進去藏王，要提前看好班次表！巴士50分鐘左右能到，下車上坡走進去酒店5分鐘，店員很熱情招呼！有會中文的店員所以入住基本不需要擔心！温泉有兩個據説是温泉自己300年歷史的獨家源頭~泡的很舒服 但是就是酒店設施比較舊。。 晚餐早晨都挺好吃的建議包上！

一個難忘嘅家庭旅行住宿😄

三百年歷史所以旅館是真的舊了一點，酒店有接送服務，最好使用，因為拿行李走一條樓梯進reception 會頗辛苦！整體ok，但不算出色

雖有歷史的飯店 但服務很好

很有歷史的旅館，維持的壯況還不錯。溫泉浴池男女各有兩處，很有意思。餐點也不錯吃，服務人員也很親切，不過可能人數不夠，在餐廳吃飯覺得很匆忙，好像吃得很急。二樓的房間很冷，沒有中央空調，只有一台小暖器，所以我們就請旅館在樓下鋪床睡，樓上基本上沒有用到。樓上浴室不太乾淨，浴缸還黑黑的。

温泉小鎮上最棒的酒店，能訂上一定要住這家

古色古香的飯店！服務非常好，會協助搬行李，還有到巴士站的接駁車。一泊二食食材多樣豐富，很好吃也完全吃得飽。
