My parents stayed here as part of their Umrah Trip it was selected by our travel agency and it was the BEST choice. Super friendly and helpful staff they changed their room to have the view of the Harem. Amazing view. Clean tidy room. Masjid Nabawi literally opposite walking distance and great food/ shops nearby overall excellent choice

Ganz in der Nähe der Moschee, der Empfangsservice ist hervorragend, das Zimmer etwas klein, aber das Geld wert. Ich würde wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend, wir bekamen regelmäßig frische Handtücher und Toilettenartikel, insgesamt werde ich es empfehlen

Wir haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es als 4-Sterne-Hotel eingestuft ist und sehr nahe dem Haram (5 Gehminuten vom Tor 7 und Al Salam-Bushaltestelle). Leider ist der Service nicht erstaunlich, vor allem die Reinigkeit und Standards. Beim ersten Einchecken war alles schön und scheißegal. In unserem 4-Tage-Aufenthalt kam jedoch nicht ein Mitarbeiter das Badezimmer sauber oder die Schleife ausziehen. Wir mussten die Hausaufsicht ständig anrufen, um das zu tun, und auch dann war das Badezimmer nicht gereinigt worden. Das Beste über das Hotel ist, dass es sehr nahe der Hauptstraße ist, wo Taxis leicht verfügbar sind, sowie Busse und Spazierstrecken zum Haram.

************* es ist ein gutes Hotel. Es wird als 5-Sterne-Hotel beworben, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es nicht mehr als ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Der Telefondienst in den Zimmern funktionierte nicht und es war klein. Die Fenster waren auch super schmutzig. Das wurde jedoch durch das ausgezeichnete Frühstück wettgemacht. Die Aufzüge waren langsam und klein.

This is an astonishing hotel. The food cooked by chef zanati is fabulous. It is quite a convenient hotel because it is quite close to the blessed masjid Al nabawi. The room service is really good at they fulfill your requirements. I would 100% recommend this hotel. If I am ever in medina again I would love to come here

One of the worst. Hygiene 0% , rooms upon check in was really not cleaned( example: there was hair on the bed, bathroom shower area had a blob of hair, W.C. not very clean) basically the entire room was not clean. Oh not to forget my friends room had a rotten apple behide a stand. And there is no Houskeeping staff to clean the room on daily basis. Next worst thing all equitments in the rooms is just for display. There is a telephone but not plugged, there is TV but no remote, wardrobe only 1 side is opening, the safe box is there but not working and i can go on. I understand this is not a 5 star hotel. But basic hygiene standard is not there 🙄 . Please do not book here. I stayed here because I had no choice and the other hotels were booked. Oh and 1 last thing, we did go to complain once but the security guy said there is no manager and he is the only one there( FYI that's in late night) being understanding we expected someone to come but no one came in our 2 night stay here. No one really cares, this hotel caters for group where no one has a choice in what hotel they are put into. Even when I checked the trip advisor now no comments from the hotel for the bad review, which only can mean they do not simply care (because its close masjid Nabawi that's their only advantage) If anyone is to book this hotel, I advice not to.

It’s an excellent hotel and nice location; however their food arrangement need to improve ie no coffee shop etc and breakfast starts quite late ⏰ after 8 am

Gutes Hotel in dieser Preisklasse im Vergleich zu anderen. Etwa 1 km Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt, gut war, dass sie einen Shuttlebusservice nach Masjid e Nabwi anboten. Nicht empfohlen für Personen, die mit Rollstuhl und Kinderwagen zu Fuß gehen möchten. Die Rezeption spricht Englisch. Empfohlen, wenn Sie nach einem fairen Preis suchen.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, ja, etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung

Großes Hotel, schöne saubere Zimmer mit einem kleinen Arbeitstisch. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist - etwa 25-30 Minuten Fahrt. Ein komfortables Aufenthalt.
