Pros Good reception staff and friendly staff Location is not too bad but far from main gates of the mosque Rooms are big Check in and out was good Check out late 2pm which is nice Cons Rooms are so tired and not too clean They have issue with cleaning and room services

Worse checkin experience; I’m in front and he is trying to address 3 other people. I arrived late 9pm and he took over 15 mins just waiting for him to finish despite him being half way through my checkin. Appreciate they are busy. I requested a late check out; I did say I am booking . Com genius level and that I have travelled well. Top 1% in tripadvisor. Anas the checkin said they don’t care what people write; they are fully booked. In Mecca and Madina makes no difference. His attitude was like we DONT care we will always be fully booked. Couldn’t believe the arrogance!! Heard Customers complaining about broken beds. I have stayed over 100s of hotels around the globe with booking .com and directly. This has to be the worse experience out of all of them. Room - disgusting old, stained carpets, furniture is very old scratched up and dirty, bathroom has been exhausted as it’s been used 1000 times. (I have pictures of the room) safe doesn’t work had to hid my passport , money and iPad in the room. Staff - arrogant and with attitude Room - I wouldn’t let my tenants even live in a room like this. Lobby - like being in a Mumbai railway station. Only positive is location. Hence the 1 star rating. There was nothing else for me to say it deserves a better rating. I’m prepared to be challenged. All it is a 2 star hotel with a good location; best to pay a little more where staff treat you with respect and welcome paying customers Please avoid; request booking. Com to remove. Check my record over 100 + hotels booked. I know what I’m talking about. Any reservations contact me. I paid £92 no breakfast to sleep at a bus station. Avoid the hotel is dirty Staff are arrogant So they don’t care as they will be booked. Hence reluctant to give my money to a business that doesn’t appreciate its guest from around the world Only good location, better to stay one block behind for another 1 min walk. Avoid this place!

The location was great. It was very close to the holy mosque. The reception staff was professional, helpful and cheerful. The hotel was very old as well as the furniture. Corridors has a profound smell and the house keeping wasn’t best and they were very late in fulfilling our requests. Overall the experience was average but I don’t recommend it unless the renewed the property.
