Lotte Hotel Guam Bewertungen

Zum Glück bekam ich ein kostenloses Upgrade von teilweisem Meerblick auf Deluxe. Die Aussicht ist so schön Ich kam hierher, nachdem ich gehört hatte, dass Guams Flussanlagen veraltet waren, also war es schön und komfortabel. Ich habe vor, es noch einmal zu besuchen Der Nachteil ist, dass der Wasserdruck in der Toilette etwas schwach ist.

꼭 다시 방문하면 찾고 싶은 호텔 입니다. 가족 모두 대 만족 입니다. 근처 사랑에 절벽과 건 비치까지 최고에 위치 입니다.

중심지에서 조금 위쪽에 위치해있지만 도보로 다니는데 문제없었어요. 방도 넓고 호텔뷰도 좋았습니다. 주차장이 금방 차지만 호텔 건너편에도 차를 댈 수 있어요. 한국인 직원이 있어서 영어로 의사소통이 원활하지 않다면 여기만한 곳이 없어요.

수영장도 넓고 투몬비치와 연결되어있어 좋았어요. 한국인 스텝분들이 계셔서 의사소통도 너무나 편했습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러워요

위치는 한적한 곳에 있어 좋았음 바다뷰 좋음 시설은 생각보다 노후 단 부페 음식은 재방문 의사 있을 만큼 만족했음

객실 관리가 전혀 안되어 있음. 가구에 페인트대신 붙여 놓은 시트지가 떨어져 너덜거리고 있음. 객실을 이용하기 위한 설명서(TV, 온도조절, 룸서비스, 세탁서비스 등)등이 비치되어 있지 않음. 객실 청소는 느리고, 기본 제공되는 물, 차, 커피 등에 리필도 이루어지지 않음. 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않음.

렌트를 안해서 위치가 시내와 걸어서10분정도 거리가 있어서 아쉬웠지만 너무친절하고 한국분이 많이계셔서 언어문제도 일도없고 너무편했어요 거리도 괌이 더워서 그렇지 다닐만한 거리이긴해요~~ 그리고 시내는 렌트했어도 차는 못가져갈듯

위치도 좋고 주차장도 널널하고 무엇보다 한국어를 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요! 조식/석식 뷔페도 다 가봤는데 가격대비 잘나오고 맛있었습니다!

Always use Lotte for our Family get always. Since our Wedding here a year ago, we’ve constantly been returning for staycations and dinners. Staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. Will be returning soon and recommend to others.

I'm very satisfied. It's my visit to Lotte Hotel several times, but they made a slide with the remodeling of the pool. Also, there was a kids playground and kids English program for young children to use, so everyone had a good time together. I recommend it to everyone.

I had dinner with a few of my friends and I have to say that Lotte Hotel's Dinner buffet is the best I've had. The menu has a wide spread, from steak that is so tender, to various seafood (my fav), shrimp, oysters, lobsters, mussels etc... They had roasted pig (lechon). Assorted sushi station. They also had a variety of desserts - the coconut macaroons, assorted freshly baked cookies etc... I would definitely recommend this Buffet Restaurant. Staff are very friendly and checked on us for drink/water refills. To end the night they had a Cultrual dance show for entertainment. Would definitely recommend to my family & friends.

The staffs at the Front Desk are friendly. I was disappointed during my stay that the kids pool and slide that I heard was recently installed and was ONLY available from 1-5pm when I asked the pool counter staff. As a local I would say that I find that inconvenient if I stayed one day, my babies wouldn’t enjoy the pool considering the time of operation. Also I witness the life guards were not attentive as they were on their phones. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The room was comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Lotte Hotel Guam and was amazed at the service this little hotel had to offer. From the Front Desk Agents (I forgot his name, but he was the guy in the blue suit who checked me in) to the Bellman (I think his name was Dave) their service was beyond exemplary. The room I stayed in at the Tower (?) Wing was close to impeccable. Kudos to the Housekeeping staff who cleaned and serviced my room. I enjoyed the swimming pool immensely. The guys behind the counter handing out towels were friendly and accommodating. My only gripe is the ice machine as it didn't give out enough ice. Everything else facility-wise was primo! And last but not least, the lady who helped me with my checkout was friendly and even invited me to join the rewards program (which I had respectfully declined as I was in a rush to catch my taxi to head out to the airport). Thank you Lotte Guam for such a wonderful stay. I hope I can come visit you guys again someday. Cheers!!
