The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. While I did notice a small stain on one of the pillows, but the overall experience was positive. The hotel also features a unique door lock system that enhances security.

Services were excellent and they are so helpful! :) I really appreciated and it’s just made me feel like home again since I graduated at Keele 9years ago and travelled back for staying few days on campus. Thank you so much all of you.

Fantastic service from the moment I had checked in. Staff at the desk were polite and quick to resolve my requested room move. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in by far. Rooms a good size and the view was lovely, i loved the mini fridge, i was able to store my drinks in there. Checkout process nice and easy too. Will stay here again definitely

We chose this hotel for its location and on site for our sons graduation. We couldn't fault our stay. Arrived late and exhausted after a terrible 9 hour journey to a calm, efficient Jonathan who got everything sorted out quickly (thankyou!). He even managed to find us an emergency safety pin for the graduation gown. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, good quality linen toiletries and towels and plenty of storage space. Hotel was full for Keele university graduation but was still quiet and calm. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, hot and cold buffet choices, fresh breads and fruit. Gym on site, with a cafe attached to the hotel.Our son was also able to join us for breakfast the next day.Nothing was too much trouble for the team during our stay. We will still use this hotel as a base for future visits to our son, as we were very impressed with everything. Thankyou!

Look new and clean. Nice view from our room. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff 👍🏻. Good breakfast too. Would love to stay again if in around the area.

Room had stains on the floor , was very hot and no water in the room. Arrived quite late on so couldn’t bring myself to discuss issues. Breakfast absolutely on point though. I have been here many times previous but unfortunately this fell well below the standard

Me and my husband had a lovely stay! The hotel was super clean, the service was fast, food delicious and comfy beds!
