I like zowar meskipun agak jauh ke masjid🫶🏻

I booked and think is near by haram but its quite far, you should take something 4 to 5 km walking to harm and janatul baqi. Dont book if you not like walking or elderly age peoples.

Ist es möglich, weniger als 1 Stern zu bewerten? Denn dieses Haus, das nicht als Hotel bezeichnet werden kann, hat es definitiv nicht verdient! Ich habe in vielen Low-Budget-Hotels übernachtet, bin aber noch nie auf ein derart schmutziges Hotel gestoßen. Es ist einfach unglaublich. Schmutzige Bettwäsche, schmutziges Badezimmer, alles schmutzig! Sogar die Türgriffe sind ekelhaft. Eigentlich ist jeder Zentimeter dieses Raumes ekelhaft. Ich kann nicht glauben, dass ich drei Nächte hier bleiben muss. Schrecklich!!!

Expecting a normal size quadruple room. However we were given a triple room with an extra bed in it. There was hardly any space for walking. I tried to explain the situation to the reception staff. But didn’t seem very interested and couldn’t help any further. I wouldn’t recommended staying here as it won’t be a very pleasant stay.

Probably one of many worst hotel in Medina rooms are old and dirty the furniture was old and rusty beds were uncomfortable after many reminders they only came once to clean our room during our 5 days stay in this hotel internet didn't work , bathroom was the worst only good thing about this hotel was it's location 5 min walk to masjid e Nabvi

Terrible hotel. On arrival had to wait 2 hours before room was so called ready. On entering room, nothing like pictures on website, old and tatty. Bedding was dirty and had hairs on pillows, safe not working, no tv remote, no bottled water, no wifi in room. Bathroom appalling, broken tiles and mould on walls, no towels, shower over bath which was damaged. Complained and asked to change room but not available, they did change bedding and rectified missing items. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very slow receptionist, not welcoming. Rooms were filthy and very old. Bathrooms had small bugs and mould on the walls. There were no towels in the room and when I asked for some the staff were rude. The pillow cases were old and had stains and had a funny smell. There were also used pillows in the cupboard. I would not advise anyone to go near this hotel when going to Madinah as it will ruin your experience.

The reception staff are so rude (Wiam Tanj……. I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling) is so rude and she didn’t acknowledge us despite us waiting in the front desk for quite some time. She didn’t want to help at all she kept ignoring us. The rooms are small and very old and dirty. This is not a 4 star hotel more like 1 star hotel. The housekeepers on the 5th floor didn’t clean the room once or give us towels etc they just sit there in the corridor talking on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The dirtiest hotel l have ever visited , the bathroom was horrible it is a shame , I will definitely not recommend it . Need a complete renovation and it’s far from the haram. I will never come back to this hotel

The management should be efficient We had to wait for 5 hours before check in No towels in the room, had to find the housekeeper 2 hours after check in It is quite far from the mosque, 800m? But near to Bengali area The food were not inspiring at all except for Indofood chillie sauce and soy sauce

The reception staff ignoring you , bad communication skills, The house keeping they are very rude , i stayed 2 night no room service or cleaning , not safe look like hostel than hotel. It was the worest hotel i ever seen.
