Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5

Ich mache nur einen Anruf, um zu verbinden mit Verkäufen und bitten die Kontaktperson für den Verkäufer und war überrascht die Damen sagten wir den Telefon zuerst Yah dann rufen Sie zurück, ohne meine Nummer zu fragen, Das ist sehr grob und haben nicht die Einstellung als Hotelier braucht zu trainieren, wie man mit dem Gast zu sprechen.sehr nicht empfohlen

Room is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Wir waren nur für ein paar Nächte in Medan und das Kama Hotel passte unseren Haushalt. Da Medan eine Stadt voller Hotels ist und es immer etwas gibt, das dem Haushalt jedermann entspricht, fühle ich mich, einige der schlechten Bewertungen des Kama Hotels ungerechtfertigt. Das Zimmer war sauber ... fühlte sich sicher ... Betten waren komfortabel ... Badezimmer sauber und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde im Preis enthalten und es war nichts Flash, aber ziemlich gut für ein Budget-Hotel. Wird sicher wieder buchen, wenn wir Medan wieder besuchen!

Das war mein erstes Besuch in Medan. Glücklich, ich habe das richtige Hotel gewählt. Es befindet sich im Herzen von Medan mit guter Stadtblick. Ich kann in der Nähe leicht erkunden. Auch ist es in der Nähe mit Medan Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und versucht, gut zu dienen. Der Preis ist auch vernünftig.

Bewertungen einige Punkte von anderen Reisenden. Wählen Sie dieses Hotel für einen Besuch der medan Stadt. Das Zimmer ist geurlich und hk keine Änderung Bettwäsche entweder Pillow Fall. Keine Ersatzausstattung Toiletten. Keine Geweberollen, bis ich aus ihrem HK-Shop Room zu bekommen. Der Wasserdruck war zu langsam. Das Frühstück war so.. nur i 💕 ist kelupis.. Der Trainer war so effizient, den Tisch zu reinigen, auch wenn Sie nicht Ihre Mahlzeit noch fertig 🥴... Einer der Mitarbeiter sollte ehrlich anerkannt werden, weil ich meine Tasche in den Restaurants verließ und sie hält meine Tasche. Danke für sie! .. Concierge muss sich an junge Menschen ändern. Sehen Sie nicht alle Gäste seltsam.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist nur so. Die Minibar ist nicht kalt genug (wir würden gerne etwas essen, aber dann fanden wir, dass die Oberfläche wässrig war). Die Bettbreite könnte nicht so sauber sein, weil meine Beine nach dem Schlaf für eine Nacht so gekühlt wurden. Viele Spots sind ein wenig Staub und für ihren Preis war der Aufenthalt nicht so wert im Vergleich zu den Standard 3 Sterne. Frühstück war nur ok, zumindest ist es nächtlich (nicht viel Option dennoch). Der Empfänger ist gut ... sehr flach. Nicht brutal, aber, Ausdruckslos. Ich weiß, dass es nur 3 Sterne hat, aber sie konnten zumindest lächeln. Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers kann auch verbessert werden. Die Schlüsselkarte ist oft problematisch und schwer zu verwenden, um den Aufzug oder sogar Raumtür zu öffnen. Überprüfen Sie, ob die mit dem Preistag gekennzeichneten Artikel zuerst belastebar und ihre Art und Weise unerkannt sind. Eine andere Sache, die ich der Geschäftsleitung vorschlagen würde, ist, Mitarbeiter zu bitten, eine richtige Maske zu tragen (nicht eine Scuba, weil es nicht wirksam ist). Nun, zumindest das allgemeine Aussehen dieses Hotels ist nicht schlecht.
