It is a good hotel but needs to maintain its facilities. Food was good too. It says new normal but they are stuck at covid still with the barriers at the reception. Posters about covid are everywhere.

First of all .. they gave me smoking room even though they knows we have babies. Second I’ve complained about this luckily they handle it very well . And the chairs in the room has nail exposed and almost cut my finger. Such a this issue basically they can handle . Overall everything good .

Staffs can be more hospitable and friendly. Nevertheless, it is still one of my favorite hotels.

The better rooms have floor-to-ceiling glass window with nice views of the city. Rather quite, very good mattress. The breakfast is excellent.

The interesting aspect of this hotel is its captivating City View, which is a major attraction i guess. The breakfast is diverse and the food is delicious, and the rooftop spot is really nice. The security service is also very friendly. However, there is something that didn't quite meet my expectations personally because I booked a deluxe room but it looked more like a superior room and was smaller. It didn't match the size of a deluxe room. But im okay with that, i just didnt want to bother going to the receptionist again, haha. Thank you for the experience, niceee and clean room 👍🏻😍

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is more convenient. Suggestions: maybe can Install Netflix 😉 so for foreigner's can have more choices for night movie 🍿 time at hotel room.
