The newest hotel in Medan city. Beautiful facade and lobby with a small gym and swimming pool on level 2. We had a peaceful night sleep on level 6. Didn’t hear any loud music from the 16th floor of bar/disco. The only sound we heard is the occasional train that passes on the tracks which was nice to watch. Welcome drink was appreciated on arrival. The breakfast buffet spread was lovely and extensive. It’s really walking distance to Delipark Mall. Will be back again. Our Deluxe King room was alright but we found it weird when there is a notice to inform us not to flush toilet paper in the WC so had to use the bidet.

Location was good. Walking distance to malls. Tv has Netflix capabilities. Bed was comfy. Toilet clean.

The location is central, and the room is clean. We were assigned to a lower floor, which helped reduce the noise from the club on the top floor. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of local delicacies to choose from.

great service with good amenities, generally clean. a relatively new hotel in Medan. for location, do take note that despite its straight line distance being near to major malls and location, it's not really walkable and you'll still need to take a car and all to get around. but that's probably more of a trait of Indonesian cities than the problem of the hotel itself.

The place is new and clean, the room and bathroom are nice too. Bed is really comfy. The floor staff are nice! There’s a Bistronomix at level 2 and it’s really nice chilling there at night. The vibes are great. We even had welcome drinks (non-alcoholic)! I’ve read about the comments that there’s a club on the 16th floor which can get quite noisy at night which i’m prepared for. So i’m absolutely good with this. I was on the 9th floor and i’m able to hear the bass but it was quite soft. You may hear the train honking early in the morning too. Just bring earbuds for it.

The hotel was great but still having some renovations on and well located near train station with walk about a couple of minutes. The breakfast was good having many of choices with. The only problem is traffic was so heavy you couldn’t find a traffic light.

Great hotel location !The staffs were good and friendly. Overall it's good, except that the soundproofing of the room was a bit problem because there is a pub on the top floor.
