Die Zimmer sind gut, schön und sauber, ich bin mit meiner Familie während des Jahresendes Urlaub, das Badezimmer gut und sauber, wir nahm das Familienzimmer und das Zimmer groß und richtig eingerichtet, Danke für Herrn Suhendra Marjan, der EHK, der das Zimmer schon richtig eingerichtet hat und unseren erinnerebaren Urlaub macht. Das Frühstückserlebnis gibt es auch viele Varianten von Lebensmitteln, ich mag Mie Gomak.

So ein schöner Tag verbringe ich dort .. die Ansicht war auch sehr erstaunlich.. und der Service war so gut.. Ich werde sehr bald wieder inshaAllah besuchen

I had a pleasant stay here, good ambience, love the room smell and lobby. The breakfast is good also, many varieties. The staffs are very good, so friendly and helpful. You won't to regret to stay here. Very recommended and affordable price. I met fauziah and she's so friendly

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Positive points: - Comfortable bed - Clean room (except the bathroom) - Smart tv with streaming apps (but you must have your own subscription) - Room size - parquet floor - Location Negative points - Deposit is a MUST (hotel thinks that any guest has malicious intent to steal room items. Please, they’re not even the top of the line). You cannot use this deposit to pay room service (maybe can if you deposit more, like much more). Upon checking out, the front desk will have sb checking the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is non existent. You can hear ppl next door, the traffic, nearby train, and worst, the noise from the club on top floor). Tried staying in a room facing the pool. It helped to reduce some noise from traffic and train, but does not eliminate it (and they charge more for this room!!) - breakfast is basic - bathroom drainage cannot completely drain water. Take a shower in the evening and you will still see some puddle in the morning. Gross. - wifi is hit and miss

friendly people's and helpful, nice and clean, nice restaurant and bar near by fit for western people's as foods if you don't expect on Indonesian foods, I highly recommend.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im JW Marriott, Medan. Ich wollte irgendwo mit guten Einrichtungen für ein paar Tage am Ende meiner Reise, wo ich mich entspannen könnte, bevor ich meine Reise nach Hause machen. Das Hotel hat eine große Vielfalt von Restaurantoptionen, das Essen war sehr gut. Der Fitnessraum war das Beste, das ich in allen Hotels gesehen habe, die ich in ganz Asien besucht habe, professionelle Qualitätsausrüstung und Setup. Die Zimmer waren älter, aber sehr geräumig, komfortabel. und gut gepflegt Aber das Ding, das mein Aufenthalt am meisten genießt, war das wunderbare Personal und der Service, den sie angeboten. Als einsamer, weiblicher Reisende ist es wichtig, dass ich mich sicher fühle, und ein Gefühl der Pflege, Freundlichkeit und Unterstützung. Das Personal dieses Hotels ging über und über, um mich zu suchen und auf jeden Fall zu helfen, nichts war zu viel Problem. Wenn ich wieder in Medan bin, würde ich sicher noch einmal dort bleiben.

Hotel in einem anständigen Bereich, mit Nahrung um die Umgebung. Pros: 1. Große Hausaufbewahrung und Front Desk Team 2. Personal in diesem Hotel ist sicherlich die Highlights 3. Sie bieten WhatsApp-Nummer für jeden Antrag 4. Neu renoviert ist angemessen eingerichtet für den Preis Cons: 1. Dusche Druck ist extrem schwach, und sie können es nicht erhöhen, egal wie Sie es anpassen und sogar Ingenieur zu sehen. 2. Einrichtungen werden nicht renoviert, d.h. Schwimmbad. 3. Ein anderer Gast ist ein Albtraum (Teil 1) sie rauchen im Poolbereich, dann weiter Zigarettenschnüre werfen und in den Pool spucken. Behandeln sie wie ihr Abfallpool. Zweitens ist der Gast mit ihren vollen Kleidung und springt in den Schwimmbad. Was für ein Witz.. 4. Andere Gäste (Teil 2) überdenken Gäste, die extrem laut ist, und halten Möbel durch die Nacht 4am und Morgen 8am, nicht zu erwähnen, sie rauchen im Nichtraucherzimmer und der Geruch durch mein Zimmer, aufgrund der gemeinsamen Luftverteilung. 1Mil Rupiah ist zu klein!! Einige Vorschläge, haben einen Ausgang direkt zum Schwimmbad, statt durch Rauchraum auf Ebene 2. Vielleicht setzen nicht indonesische Paare auf dem gleichen Stock, statt sie mit anderen unregelmäßigen Gästen zu mixen. Haben Sie einen Wachmann, um die Menschen im Pool zu kontrollieren, um sicherzustellen, dass Pool-Regeln durchgesetzt werden, wissen Indonesische Gäste haben 0 Bildung über die Regeln folgen.
