I have used ******* for years for my hotel bookings and plan on continuing to use their site since I know they do not fault what this hotel decided to do with my booking. I have not had to experience in any hotel before but this time it was just unacceptable, Ritz Hotel had bed bugs, roaches, and yellow stains on their bed covers. I called reception to ask for a refund and cancel my stay, but they receptionist didn't even ask for any explanations, he immediately said no problem let me switch your room so I understood then this is a constant issue. I was refused a refund by the property management because my window for cancelation had passed and their policy is very strict on this unlike their cleaning policy alright so I contacted ******* and they couldn't do anything else because the hotel never answered their request for my refund. Horrible customer service, unsafe to sleep on their beds, and obviously they have infestation issues.
