Die Anlage ist weitläufig und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, großzügig konzipiert, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die ebenerdige Terrasse ist relativ groß mit Tisch und Sesseln und 2 zusätzlichen bequemen Couches ausgestattet. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption war mal hervorragend, mal weniger ansprechend, aber im großen und ganzen kompetent. Das Frühstück war ok und umfangreich. Die Wurstwaren kann man getrost ignorieren, man sollte sich besser an die anderen Lebensmittel halten. Leider hatte nur das italienische Restaurant geöffnet…naja, da gibt es wohl bessere und außerdem möchte ich landestypische Kost. Der Weg in die Stadt geht super per Taxi (5€). Für ein paar Tage ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ein nächstes mal lieber wieder in der Kasbah in einem Riad wohnen wollen.

No tea kettles and cups in rooms. When we called and asked to bring it, the reception reacted with annoyance. Later we asked for the second blanket and received a feedback: “you just called and asked for a kettle and now you are asking for a blanket, well ok”. What kind of service is that? :) later, during the breakfast, I wanted to fill my water bottle with water (breakfast is included in the price of my room). Imagine that the waiter didn’t allow me to do it and sent me to the bar to buy a bottle. And I am not even talking about the fact that the furniture is old and rooms are quite small. The waiters at the breakfast are quite rude. To the extent that you want to leave the place. Definitely not recommended because of the service.

Comfortable and clean hotel nice room and friendly staff the buffet of breakfast it’s A mixture of popular and international the gym not updated the equipment is old need upgrade.. we spent five nights and we are looking to visit again in future.. thank you Mr.Wisal hope we will see you soon.

We came here with our baby and found the hotel to be very accommodating. Staff were friendly and always at hand to help. Everything was kept clean and our room had everything needed as parents of an infant. The food was nice, nothing amazing but tasted good. The spa service was amazing!

A nice calm hotel that is clean with spacious rooms. Found the checking in experience quite pleasant, friendly staff and welcoming. It was pleasant experience overall; going to the rooms via the hallway can feel like a maze and the in-house spa service, I cannot fault. PRO’s -Room service 24/7 (limited food options after 11pm) -The daily cleaning staff for the rooms were great and the general upkeep of the hotel looked clean and tidy -Walking distance to convenience shops -Every time we needed a taxi the staff at the front were able to get us one, in a timely manner -Cash machine in the lobby of the hotel CON’s -The furniture in the room is quite dated and doesn’t match a 5 star experience. -Really found it annoying that the middle of the curtains didn’t align easily, letting light in. -I slept in a room that had wall greenery outside the balcony and I assumed the birds were nesting there as the tweets became annoying. -Not too sure about their air con system; although it worked it didn’t feel like it was blowing out cool air. -I think the hotel should allow food delivery companies to deliver to guest. This hotel seems to have a rule of no outside food.

We came as a friends group of all girls, we were so well taken care of and never felt unsafe. Sana on guest relations was amazing! She helped us with getting a great room, booking excursions and recommending places. The room was gorgeous! Spacious balcony, large comfy bed, housekeeping is always on top of it - highly recommend this hotel

Actually stayed 3 nights in May of 2022 - but TripAdvisor popped up asking for a review. Would recommend and stay again. Great helpful staff, nice pool and bar. See if you can get a room with a pool view. Easy walk to mall.

We didn’t have a room assigned when we got there, saying they overbooked then they found us one in what could only be called the dungeon. No tv reception either and they charged for a teabag at a ridiculous rate. Would not recommend this hotel.
