Schmutzgewehr, laute Lage und schlechter Service.... Erstes Problem, ich blieb auf dem vierten Stock, was ein Problem war, da ein Aufzug aus dem Betrieb war und die anderen beiden Aufzüge sind unglaublich langsam. Das Zimmer war dunkel und auch mit den Lichtern schwer zu sehen, ohne einen Torch zu benutzen. Glücklicherweise war mein Zimmer mit dem Pool und viele Kollegen, die auch über Nacht vom Straßenweg geblieben waren, gebeten, von der Straße aus zu bleiben, natürlich in den Zimmern, die sich dem Straßenweg gegenüber standen. Ich hatte noch eine 8am wach von der Gebäudestelle neben der Tür. Ich hatte nur Frühstück im Hotel - aber ich fand die Schmutzschmuck und einige Schmutzschmuck hatte einige stickige Rückstände auf ihnen. Essen war ok, aber weit von dem Standard, den ich in einigen der lokalen Restaurants gefunden hatte. Beim checkout hatte ich ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine Rechnung, ich wurde nur einen 5% Rabatt auf die Waschmaschine angeboten. Ich endete mit der Zahlung voll, nachdem ich von der Polizei gedroht wurde, um ein Foto der Rechnung zu nehmen. Einmal in meinem Taxi, zurück zum Flughafen sagte der Taxifahrer, es gibt immer ein Problem mit dem Hotel bei der Checkout.... eindeutig kein isoliertes Fall. Das Hotel hatte ein wenig altes Charme, aber sehr viel gedämpft durch schlechte Service, schmutziger Cutlery und eine laute Lage. Vermeiden Sie es.

NE RESERVEZ PAS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS- This hotel must be avoided at all costs!!!!! Do not trust positive ratings, they cannot be trusted and have been paid for. Evitez cet hotel a tout prix!!!! Ne croyez pas les avis postifs, achetes a moindre cout par cet hotel. Ditry bedsheets provided everyday, stained towels everyday, broken plugs in the bathrooms (!!!!), no AC, very small pool, broken shower heads, a very aggressive manager. We left before the end of our stay to a different hotel. This place is not safe! Draps sales, literie douteuse, piscine trop petite, equipements a l'abandon, un manager aggressif, prises murales exposees dans les salle de bains!!, draps dechires, Nous avons exige un remboursement de nos frais. Nous avons quittes l'hotel avant la fin de notre sejour. Nous n'etions pas en securite!

Lovely friendly members of staff, one helped me flag down a taxi and haggle on the fare price too. The apartment had a nice layout and was quite spacious. The seating area was nothing but comfort all the way and had a TV mounted on the wall. The kitchen had a clean open finish paired with a breakfast table for 4 complete with kitchen equipment and utensil minus a microwave and kitchen paper towel. It also had an outdoor table to enjoy breakfast on the balcony, simply watching people go about their day whilst taking in the ray from the sun. The bathroom had lovely wall tiles that made the bathroom stand out and we were met with bathroom robes and lovely scented mini wash products. The bedrooms were nice too, however, the bedroom drawers could be a little higher as they were a little too low down to the ground. We loved how breakfast was presented. It was nice but on the simply side of things. It could stand to have just a little more of a verity to it as it's quite light. We loved that it came with freshly squeezed orange juice, nothing beat freshly squeezed. We had a lovely stay and we would stay with them again. We were very happy with Appart Hotel Mouna and their lovely friendly staff !

Beautiful Riad with exceptional staff. I stayed 6 nights and was grateful for the exceptional service. There are a lot of stairs -- that's everywhere in Morocco - but the the Riad experience is worth it. It's located in the Medina close to the gate - easy to find and also easy to get a taxi at the Medina entrance. Lovely, lovely experience.

Das Hotel is klasse, der Aufenthalt hat sehr viel Spaß gebracht. Es gibt jeden Tag ein cooles Entertainment Programm und das Team rund um Sam, Mike, Niako uvm. von Sol oasis hat diesen Urlaub wirklich zu einem tollen Erlebnis gestalten. Wir hatten viel Spass hier. Die Küche ist einfach großartig und hatten jeden Tag ein großes Angebot an verschiedenen Essen - Alles ist wirklich sehr lecker und schön zubereitet. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, ich komme wieder !! Thank you Sam.

sehr guter Service. schönes Frühstücksbuffet.Sehr gute Speisenbei der Halbpension.nach westlichen Standards könnte die eine oder andere Stelle mal renoviert werden. Gute Lage für Hop on hop off Bus oder zum Zentrum zu lauffen

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr netten Leuten. Es ist sehr sauber und es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu erkunden. Außerdem sind im hotel viele Angebote, die für alle Altersklassen interessant sind. Kann ich nur sehr empfehlen und komme gerne wieder hier hin.

What a gem of a property in the Accor catalog of accommodation and hospitality! I am a senior, solo, single traveler, and Ibis rooms are just fine with me! The Wi-Fi could be a little bit better, but that's the problem with the vendor and the Internet service Provider, not the Ibis. Although this Ibis would be within their rights to demand better service- in 2023, with 100+ rooms. I came directly from an Ibis in Lisbon, which had fewer items for breakfast, and no Chef for evening dinner! The breakfast is a wonderful mix of Moroccan, Arabic, French foods, but also American/English. Scrambled eggs are made without dairy, and I brought my own gluten-free bread from Carrefour to be sure. While they do have a container of Honey, I bring my own, as I don't like touching containers and spoons touched by other customers... another customer absconded with my honey yesterday, and one of the wait staff had to retrieve it! Three languages are spoken here: Moroccan, Arabic, French, and plenty of English. Any word that is too specific can be translated on any of the web translation sources. Like when I needed to explain that DHL was bringing a package with my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that Carrefour does not stock! There's been some shuffling of the wait staff in the last few days, but besides being new, quiet, and shy, they are all talented and all understand hospitality. The evening dinner is attended to by the top echelon of the hotel staff and everything is more than fine – which in my case means a very plain and simple American taste. Since I don't carry currency, the evening food bill goes on my room tab. Breakfast was part of the booking in the first place, but I don't fully understand what ”half-board” means, if that means evening dinner, so I will be inquiring about that. Being next-door to the train station means it's a three minute walk to excellent sight seeing and people watching. And McDonald's of you so care, and at least two mobile phone SIM shops. Carrefour is a 10 minute walk, and there is a shopping mall which is about a 20 minute walk which I will be visiting for recreation purposes and window shopping, to get a feel for the retail culture of this city. And people watching! I did read about the potable water situation on a Moroccan tourism page. This Ibis has plenty of bottled water, so just ask- at Reception and of course in the Restaurant.  I also read about cash versus credit card. The three places that I have spent money at have all accepted cards. It is currently Ramadan, but this Ibis respects International tourists' needs and wants. No disruption of service- and the staff seem to be very happy to be celebrating the holiday. My room had two minor maintenance issues, which were resolved quickly. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and well manicured. I have stayed with other brand name chain hotels in the US and Europe. There is nothing in this historic building that is outdated, or in need of renovation. The most important

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, und es war schön, in der neuen Stadt entfernt von der Medina zu bleiben.
