Also da Zimmer war ok personal Süleyman Barkeeper sehr nett dj gleichzeitig anımatör Hamdi sehr gut sehr hilfsbereit super musik. Melih aus der restoran war so super Also personal empehlungswehrt Bedirhan bey bemüht sich sehr um die geste

Süleyman der Barkeeper var sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht dj handy super dj gute musik Personal allgemein sehr net und sehr bemüht Bedirhan bey war sehr bemüht mit den Gesten. Zimmer vom hotel gewöhnungsbedürftig Bad keine Dusche Fenster nicht schaldicht Meer Blick sehr laut. Dank Personal haben wir gute Zeit gehabt und wiel Spaß. Personal könnte besser arbeitskleidung bekommen.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren in dieses Hotel und waren immer zufrieden , über Renovierungen oder nicht vorhandenes Englisch / Hygiene teilweise schlecht , haben wir weg geschaut da das Hotel eine super Lage hat und der Preis ok war . Jedoch hat es sich so verschlechtert das wir nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen . Essen super langweilig und nicht abwechslungsreich. Service schlecht . Abends Animation schlecht und die Musik ist so laut (wie in einer Disco ) man kann sich nicht unterhalten . Man muss schreien um sich verstehen zukönnen. Die Zimmer sind so abgenutzt , diese müssten dringend renoviert werde ( vorallem das Bad ) Hygiene ist auch nicht so toll … man muss sich beim Abendessen das Besteck selbst holen oder den Tisch sauber machen , da das Personal es nicht hinbekommt . Kein gelerntes Personal . Wir sind sehr enttäuscht darüber , da wir sehr gerne in das Hotel kamen ( über 5 Jahre )

Als erstes möchte ich ein großes danke ans Animationsteam sagen Hakan,Önder und Okan habe immer gute Laune verbreitet und haben uns durch die sehr wohl gefühlt. Alleine durch die 3 würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen man hat sehr Spaß und wird gut unterhalten Beim Pool Bar/Restaurant ein danke an alle besonders an Gencer, Mustafa, Turgut, Hasan hüssyin, Selen, beyazit und halil immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln und herzlichen Art. Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand alles sauber und im Restaurant wird sehr auf die corona Massnahmen geachtet ABER leider muss ich ein wichtigen Punkt nennen das Essen war nicht gut nicht frisch halb gekocht, nach einer kleinen Beschwerde war das Essen, wieder viel frischer und besser. Es wird sehr auf die Wünsche der Besucher geachtet und alles wird sofort wie möglich umgesetzt

Lovely hotel with really great food and helpful staff. Well positioned on promenade and beach. Two good pools and beach with sun loungers on pier as well. Would easily get five stars if not for the extremely loud disco music belting out between eight and twelve. No chance of speaking to fellow guests. No chance of sleeping until music stops. What a pity.

This is a very poor hotel for Turkish 5* standards. We would rate this 3 star maximum and that is us being generous. Rooms: Basic but clean. Hairdryer poor. The toiletries/shampoo/conditioner etc are dreadful. Food: We found it a very poor food offering. People using fingers for bread rolls/toast, no tongs. The tables were literally not cleaned. We were expected to sit to dirty tables with dirty placemats. Service was appalling. The young lady on the door was kind. Drinks: The all inclusive drinks offer is dreadful! They don’t serve any rum on all inclusive. The Pina colada is made with WHISKY! God forbid you have an allergy. I ordered a rum and coke and was told it was rum and coke. It was whisky. When we challenged it the bartender said it is whisky rum! Ridiculous! Decor: It is such a dated hotel. Orange and brown and very 1980s. Sofas sand chairs in the lounge are very tired looking. Pools; The quiet pool is lovely. Very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting there. We didn’t use the front pool. The jety is lovely but impossible to get a sun bed as people reserve them from 7am and leave their towels there all day. Very selfish. Water sports: We chose this hotel as a water sports place. The water sports were totally closed because of an “incident.” That is all we were told. Noise; The hotel is in an incredibly noisy area of the ***** and we couldn’t go to sleep until at least life night every night. This hotel is no way a 5*. We do not recommend it and we’re so dissapointed. Like the previous reviewer we were TOLD to write a negative review on trip advisor but reception. How bizzare! Turkish 5* hotels are usually amazing and we sincerely regret staying here. However yoh live and learn!

I got in touch with the represinitive from the hotel mrs hale to get discount for 2 rooms , we told her we want the room to fsce the beach and the pool , she said ni prublem and ask me ti pass to the hotel deposit which i did. ( i have to say beside talking to her on the phone we have all proves on mails) We got to the hotel and i eas suprise that we did not get the 2 rooms we paid for. I ask to talk to the nanager he was very rude and just did not pay attantion to me . Worst service ever . I was trying to explaine him and to show him the e- mails i sent that approve what i paid for.

lovely room,very comfy bed,small chic boutique hotel and not a rush for sunbeds around pool. pool area was relaxing pool bar was not crowded,food selection was fine and you always found something good too eat. friendly staff also. Room 359 Mr Mrs Rawson
