rude staff, 0 Hygiene, water heater not working, no elevators and electricity cuts at least twice a day. the only good thing about it is the location

I generally liked the hotel. The stuff is very friendly and always ready to help. The room was nice and clean. Sheets and towels were clean and changed every day. I liked breakfast and dinners, restaurant staff is very nice. If I needed some repairs to be done in the room, engineer came immediately and repaired everything. I liked the pool and aqua slides. Laundry service is very good as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Did not stay in the hotel at all and claimed my money from ******* and have a case number and disappointed with ******* to list such a hotel I had to pay 650 usd a night at the G hotel as it was the only one with available rooms on the 13 July when I refused to stay in Aura hotel due to hygiene issues

The stay at Aura was not good at all, and went wrong for many reasons: 1- After putting a note in my booking for a king sized bed, upon arrival the receptionist asked personal questions if any of our group is a couple and did not accommodate our request, even though it wasn’t their business to ask these questions. 2- Upon arrival, they did not inform us about the facilities available including the beach. The next day we had to search for another beach to go to which was hard since they were all still closed… we had to ask them ourselves until they finally told us that there’s a beach access from Aura resort. 3- The food was very bad… they overcharge for their food and buffet which is really not worth it. 4- The resort was unclear about their visitors policy… they only told us once we were there that visitors are not allowed after 11pm which is bizarre since we’re tourists and have the liberty to host friends. 5- We asked them to bring us mugs to have coffee and they wanted to charge us for them. 6- The staff was nice but they were uninformed and unhelpful when it comes to things to see in the area and places/restaurants to go to. In short, wouldn’t recommend this resort for anyone! There are much nicer places to stay at in the North Coast that are also affordable.

I was in the hotel for one week during the end of august , so this my experience there Positive points - Location is very good - Very nice and big swimming pool with crystal clear water - Free bus to the beach upon guest request-Staff are helpful in general Negative points - Breakfast need to be upgraded and look into quality , the bakery items are disaster - Rooms need a deep maintenance (my room the phone was not working/bathroom ceiling has a mold-The netting wire is cut off in the room balcony- Managers taking there duty meal at any area around the guest which they broke the guest privacy- Towels are dirty in the room- TV remote control without back cover-Some fire extinguisher are old and without dates which against safety

A peace of heaven ….Must form back …. Don’t want to leave the place Magnificent stay with a world class hospitality and outstanding services. The stuff was awesome , Special thanks to heroes: Mr.Mohamed El Magraby Mr.Eslam Samir and Khalil

This hotel is a huge disappointment, first of all the location is far from the sea, the overall space of the hotel is small, almost no landscape, and a small pool. Second, the loud noise of music at night everyday is really disturbing. If you are coming to relax forget about that. Overall, a real disappointment and overpriced destination.

We were satisfied by our stay. They room is clean & spacious, the staff are friendly. The hotel is basic not a luxurious one. Basic breakfast. Beach access at blumar was very nice.
