Hotel Praia Dourada

Otimo custo x benefício. O quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso e muito limpo, contava ainda com uma saleta com tv e ar condicionado exclusivos. A comida do café da manhã excelente, todos os dias com omeletes e tapiocas feitas na hora. O jantar tb excelente, com pizza todas as noites e bem variado e saboroso. A recreação boa, shows a noite muito gostosos de assistir. A piscina muito boa para crianças e o mar maravilhoso. O único ponto negativo seria que o hotel disponibiliza poucos guarda sóis na praia e que são ocupados muito cedo, mas nada que desabone. Vc pode deixar suas coisas na área da piscina a poucos passos do mar. Recomendamos muito!

Possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I would really recommend staying here. The scenery is gorgeous. The employees are very friendly and accommodating, rooms were very clean. Overall a wonderful place to stay in my opinion

The hotel has a poor maintenance. The pool needs to be cleaned every day. Besides the cleaning issue, the food is tasteless, few options, and being at the beach, there was no seafood. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Expensive. It wasn’t worth it.

Overall the hotel is well equipped. Reception: Check in and check out are easy however the billing system is in desperate need of an upgrade. The items consumed in the hotel which are not part of your package, are logged into a notebook and not directly into an automated system. At the end of your staying, I advise you to check all the notes against the final bill. Mine came with extra bottles of water and my mum had meals she never had. Facilities: Again in need of maintenance and upgrading. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pool area and entertainment are really good. The restaurant serves good food. I don't recommend if you have extreme dietary requirements. The drinks can take ages to arrive. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. Overall is a good place to stay, day trips can be organised within the hotel however, just in need of maintenance and upgrading.

Very disappointed. I booked a "luxury" room with a side view of the sea, but to be able to see the sea I practically had to lean out on the balcony!  I could only see coconut trees when I stepped out onto the porch and they obstructed most part of the sea view. The dinner buffet was tasteless. If you are hoping to find some quality seafood considering you're in a coastal city, go somewhere else. When there were seafood dishes they were badly seasoned and quite unpleasant to eat. If I could have booked the room without the dinner, I might have had a better experience. Acceptable breakfast, but worse than several inns and hotels I've been to in the northeast. The people who clean the rooms don't wear  masks, even if throughout the hotel you see signs that mandate the use of those inside the closed spaces. The only highlight of the stay, is the beach, which is in my opinion the most beautiful between São José da Coroa Grande and Maragogi.  Prettier than Antunes! The color is a kind of baby blue amazing to look at and the water temperature is warm. You can sit near the sea by the shade of a beach umbrella, on chairs or recliners,  and order drinks and snacks that the waiters will bring to you while you're lounging.
