Das Hotel ist gemütlich, sauber und die Lage ist großartig! Es ist zu Fuß von den Krankenhäusern und auch in der Nähe von SM San Lazaro. Wir haben hier einen Monat geblieben und ich hatte keine Probleme mit meinem Aufenthalt überhaupt. Es ist auch sehr nahe einer LRT-Station, so dass es sehr zugänglich, wenn Sie planen, die Stadt zu besuchen. Das Personal war auch sehr auf unsere Bedürfnisse achten.

Wir informieren unsere Buchung, dass wir spät ankommen, um zu checken. Sobald wir um 10 Uhr angekommen sind, hilft uns der Wächter zu unseren Taschen und geht zum Frontdesk und wartet für 5 Minuten, um ihr Buchungssystem zu öffnen. Wir waren nur überrascht, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht vorbereitet ist und eine Sache, die mich irritiert hat, ist, dass das Front Desk-Personal nicht weiß, ob es noch Zimmer verfügbar sind, aber wir haben das Hotel 2 Tage vorher reserviert. Wir haben ein Zimmer für eine Königin gebucht und nur links verfügbar ist ein zwei Doppelbettzimmer. Wir haben keine Wahl, nur das letzte Zimmer links zu bekommen und die Ac ist nicht richtig funktioniert und müssen ein Personal anrufen, um es zu reparieren. Auch gebeten, eine Rufnummer zu erhalten, aber niemand ruft uns auf und wachte um 10 Uhr spät. Wir gingen unten und beschweren uns über das, was seit letzter Nacht passiert ist. Die Vordertafel am Morgen ist wohl ein Interner, aber sie sagten uns, auf jemanden warten zu warten, der unsere Angelegenheit unterstützen wird. Eine andere Sache, die passiert ist, seit wir spät aufwachen und unser kostenloses Frühstück ist bis 10 Uhr nur ich mich erinnern und der größte Unruhe ist, wir sind gerade gebeten, um spät auschecken, da wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten wir unsere Sachen zu reparieren ( spät aufwachen), Ein zufälliges Personal überraschte uns, die Tür zu öffnen, ohne zu schlagen, und er verwendete den Meisterschlüssel und das Personal sagte seine Zeit auschecken. Ich antwortete und sagte, sie haben nicht informiert ihre Mitarbeiter und überraschend wird die Tür öffnen, um unsere Privatsphäre zu eröffnen? Alte Hotel und schlechter Service, Ich werde nicht wieder auf dieser Unterkunft bleiben, auch für kurze Nachtschlafen

Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

My experience at ibis Styles Araneta was nothing short of delightful. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The food was not only delicious but also served with flair, making every meal a memorable experience. The cleanliness of the amenities was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay throughout. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to all our needs with a smile. What truly set this hotel apart was its breathtaking view, which I enjoyed from our room and while dining. And let's not forget the charming ambiance of the restaurant and cafe – the perfect spots to unwind and indulge in some culinary delights. Overall, ibis Styles Araneta provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making my stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return with our families!

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Es ist definitiv das Hotel mit dem höchsten CP-Wert in Makati. Daneben gibt es eine Wäscherei, die für nur 150 Pesos sehr praktisch ist. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe und das Nachtleben ist ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig.

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

das 3. mal in diesem hotel, im allgemeinen sehr gut. lage super (nähe mall of asia, baclaran market, manila bay etc.), zimmer gross, fernseher, doppelbet plus 1 single bed, aircon ist effektiv aber laut, bad ist ok, inkl. haartrockner, es gibt einen kühlschrank und gekaufte getränke sind erlaubt, wasserkocher ist auch vorhanden mit tassen und löffel und 2 gratis instant kaffees. 7/11 ist im selben gebäude um die ecke. hotel hat ein frühstücksbuffet, sehr umfangreich mit filipino und europäischen/amerikanischen frühstück, eat as much as you can. sehr gut! nicht gut: das zimmer wurde in 4 tagen nicht einmal geputzt, obwohl wir mehrmals länger weg waren, dann am abend vom 3. tag um 21 uhr eine anfrage per telefon, ob das zimmer geputzt werden soll.... hmmm. das ist im nov 22 und jetzt im märz 23 so passiert. also weshalb es so ist, keine ahnung. ansosten sehr empfehlenswert. pool ist auch vorhanden im 2. stock mit nachmittags - sonne.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Service ist schnell, wenn Sie etwas anfragen müssen. Einfache Ausstattung, gute Lage, fußläufig zum Einkaufszentrum Newport und direkt vor dem Flughafen. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine einfache Auswahl. Aber insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
