Perfekt: Zimmer sehr sauber, Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns ist das 5 Stern- Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage im Zentrum. Wir konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch empfehlenswert

The room is comfortable and my children like it.
Front desk staff very warm and helpful .
Location wise the hotel surrounded by mart, mall and all the historical landmarks such A Famosa. Done my exercise at the gym and enjoy the food at the hotel. The food was delicious and my children love it.
Surely I will come back again.

Went Genting before Malacca. Having same the request at Genting hotel and Hatten but only Hatten fulfilled all my pre-requests when I checked in 3 rooms.
During the night, it’s quite impromptu that we decided to extend another night with same room type.
The hotel staff assisted us to stay in the same room without having the trouble to move to another room.
Thank you the hotel staff Amar, who assisted me for the extended night.

Bad experience when stying at this hotel. Air conditioner is not function well, room temperature is hot and we call hotel service line to request technician come to our room for checking. We called at 2pm and wait until 5pm, but technician did not show up. Until we called again and scolding them, then technician is come within 5 minute. After checking, technician said maybe air-conditioning is not function well and said will help us feedback to management and arrange for a new room for us.
Ok, we wait again for 20minute and no one is coming. We called again and they are not aware of this arrangement. Really feel angry, and we are rushing to go out. So, we go down to lobby and check with the receptionist, they immediately give me the new room key.
Beside this incident, hotel cleaning is not good. My first room rubbish bin still have last guest baby pampers.
Second room bathroom left last guest tissue, and plenty hair. And forget put the hotel slipper.
Really feel disappointed for this so called "5 star" hotel, would not recommend for my friends in future.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and proper. It is located near to Palawan and Makota malls. And walking distance to Jonker street. Good for friends and family vacation. Breakfast has many choices and replenish quickly.
