Service quite bad & low, but wld'nt complaint much at this price. But I feel that the cleanliness can be better & improved as the overall outlook is old but still ok. Housekeeping did not do a good job as they did not manage to change the wet cloth for flooring & on the last day, housekeeping did not come up to do housekeeping though we have indicated a housekeeping switch was on - your staff said we put DND, in which we did not. We truly did indicated housekeeping switch but I believe your staff have missed our room for housekeeping during our last night stay which is a disappointment. Overall, ok average stay only if you're looking for a temporary stay. Would not recommend for family/w elderly onboard. Ohh lastly, no hangers in the wardrobe for the 2N stay but last night have hangers when they changed room for us as there's no housekeeping at tt moment. Phone in the room aso can't be use at all even though the line is connected but easily plugged out, so is of total useless phone on the table. There's no bedroom slippers provided as well, sadly. Estadia Hotel outlook is nice, inside is nice design but the cons is they are very rundown & old amenities frm it's look when we enter the rm. Nonetheless, it's still ok average for the total 3N stay if there's more improvements & some reno to be up done.

It is located behind Hatten hotel. The hotel lobby is located at Level 3 of the building, it is quite troublesome to get to their hotel lobby. You need to drive your car to their carpark which is located between Level 4 to Level 6. Then take the carpark lift to Level 3 and walk along a long corridor with all closed red shops with Baba nyonya concepts to reach their hotel lobby. After that, you need to use hotel lift to go to your hotel room floor. Despite of this trouble getting between carpark and hotel lobby, the hotel lobby and hotel room are considered good to me.

Service was excellent. Drop off and pick up for coaches is also convenient. However the wall is rather thin we can hear next door people talking from our room.

Great location if you’re going to Malacca by coach bc it’s right at the pickup/drop off point outside hatten hotel. Hotel came with bedroom slippers, amenities like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, disposable toothbrush, and bottled water which was appreciated. The room itself isn’t the cleanest because there was a lot of dust all around. There were also stains on the couch in the suite. Breakfast was just downstairs, simple but nothing fancy. Good part was the egg options. The coffee machine was broken for quite awhile on both days of our stay during breakfast. Met quite a few staff who were friendly and nice - cleaning lady on level 6, the concierge staff who helped us store our bags and guy who was fixing the coffee machines on both days. Overall an okay stay for a family trip to Malacca but would hope to have cleaner rooms!

Estadia hotel is always our 1st choice. Affordable rate for family suite. Very convenient location. Walking distance to surrounding shopping mall. But, breakfast needs to improve. Choices are getting lesser.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Augustine from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. My family really enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Highly recommended!

Room 631 🙃:- I would like to take a moment to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel, as I believe constructive feedback can greatly contribute to enhancing your services. First and foremost, while I understand that your hotel is priced lower than many other brands, I firmly believe that service quality should not be compromised. Unfortunately, my stay did not reflect the standards one would expect from a hotel, regardless of its pricing. 1. Room Condition: Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that my room seemed to have just come out of a major service or perhaps even a period of being out of service. I encountered several defects, including a non-functional rain shower button, a fused light bulb at the bedside table, and ripped wallpaper in the bathroom. Most notably, I left the air conditioning running when I went out, only to return to a room that was unbearably hot. After calling the reception, a maintenance worker informed me that the air conditioning should be fine after 30 minutes. I ended up sleeping in discomfort until the next morning. While I understand that my room was inexpensive, it should have been in acceptable condition. 2. Reception Service: I noticed multiple check-in counters, yet only one was operational during the busy hours of 5 PM to 6 PM. I waited about 5 to 7 minutes before another staff member arrived to assist me. I would like to commend the receptionist, Afiq, for his excellent service. He was attentive and provided satisfactory answers to all my inquiries. 3. Reservation Issues: Prior to my arrival, I called the hotel to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in, as I wanted to plan my itinerary. I was shocked to be told that there was no booking under my name, without any effort made to clarify or verify my reservation. After providing my booking number, they finally located my reservation. I was left wondering why your reservation staff did not request this information upfront. 4. Check-Out Experience: During check-out, I attempted to share my feedback with the staff member at the counter (an Indian lady in a light purple kebaya), but she appeared indifferent to my comments. Her lack of engagement and eye contact was disheartening, and it felt as though she was dismissing my concerns simply because I had a lower-priced booking. First impressions matter, and her attitude did not reflect well on your brand. 5. Television Quality: I must also mention the TV in the room—it was absolutely dreadful! The picture was so blurry, it felt like I was transported back to the ’90s. Don’t believe me? Just check the picture below! 6. Final Thoughts: While I acknowledge that I booked at a lower rate, the issues I encountered highlight the need for improvement in service quality across the board. If you wish to maintain and grow your brand reputation, it’s crucial to ensure that every guest feels valued, regardless of their booking price. I hope my feedback is taken into consideration, as I genuinely believe that Estadia has the potential to elevate its service standards to match the expectations of all guests. Very nice hotel , room is small but of 2 people it's ok , shop , mall are nearby , but they need to upgrade their tv channels, add some one or 2 tamil channel that's all

Perfect location for a holiday in Malacca city. Near all food joints and shopping malls. Central area for coach pick up and drop off.

Located at a central part of Melaka. Value for money suite for family.

Room clean and comfortable. Goods service for receptionist and recommended.

From car park to hotel is the difficult part, but hotel standard can consider above average, Room nicely tie up, breakfast at reasonable standard, pricing is good too, will come back again.
