Unser Zimmer war geräumig, gut gepflegt und sauber. Betten und Betten waren bequem. Mit meinen Kindern und älteren Eltern umgeben, fand ich es einfach, um die Hotelräume zu bewegen. Beleuchtungen und Luftkonditionierung waren auch ausreichend. Das Hotelpersonal war schnell, effizient und hilfreich. Das Hotel bietet insgesamt eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung, die auf Familien mit älteren und kleinen Kindern zugeschnitten ist. 10/10

Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, aber es gab Kakerlaken in dieser Wohnung. Es ist tropisch, also ist das zu erwarten, aber ich musste vor diesem Aufenthalt noch nie mehr als 10 Kakerlaken bei einem Aufenthalt töten. Toller Preis, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber seien Sie sich bewusst, es ist nicht das Ritz! Ich gebe ihm trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil es ein außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist und die Reaktionszeit des Gastgebers ist erstaunlich!

This hotel was great! Love the space and be view. Only issue was when I ordered from the cafe it took nearly 20-25 minutes to get a muffin although i told them i was in a hurry and wanted it to go. They called the supervisor to help with the order, then they had to get the manager and even then it took more time because they had no change.

I don't want to sound Biased . . . . After all I did stay in the lower penthouse here at room 4006. A bit smaller than the rooms in Makati. I guess the place was just finished and launched. There were quite a few renovation works that were going on. A few things in the apartment like the sink clogging a bit. The TV and network a bit on and off. But overall it was 4.0/5.0 stars. It's a SMDC property so I'm sure they will get things right like they did in Makati. But this place was really good as well. Despite those small hiccups. I loved the place. An easy recommendation to anyone visiting the Philippines.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer wunderschönen Gegend! Es liegt in einer so günstigen Gegend, es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Hotel ist auch atemberaubend, das Personal war super hilfsbereit und hat mir alles gegeben, was ich brauchte. Es liegt auch in der Nähe des Flughafens, also ist es praktisch. Das Zimmer war recht komfortabel und sauber, besser als ich erwartet hatte. Es hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt, ich würde wiederkommen!

Wir sind Stammgäste dieses Hotels und waren schon mehrere Male hier. Gut, dass es Hausschuhe gab. Das Zimmer war sauber wie immer. Bei diesem Aufenthalt bin ich allerdings ausgerutscht und im Badezimmer hingefallen und habe mir fast den Kopf angeschlagen, weil die Schiebetür zur Dusche nicht mehr da war und so alle Wasserspritzer auf dem Boden waren. Ich hoffe, das lässt sich reparieren. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Erfahrung. Das Personal ist großartig!

You get what you pay for. This is what I expected a budget hotel to be. The bed was really nice and comfy. Room was clean and tidy. I'm glad there was a table good enough to put a laptop. It also very close to SM North and terminal/MRT station. Very nice and professional staff. What I don't like the most is the noise/sounds of the adjacent room can be heard because of the thin walls and doors. We have to lower our voice and was not really comfortable hearing someone else within an earshot.
