My experience with this stay was excellent. Although I booked at the last minute, the housekeeper warmly guided me through the check-in process, for which I am very grateful. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by how clean the floors were. The facilities are well-equipped, and I appreciated having a kettle for hot water and a hairdryer—both are very convenient, especially for long-term travelers. Additionally, there is a washing machine available. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, aber es gab Kakerlaken in dieser Wohnung. Es ist tropisch, also ist das zu erwarten, aber ich musste vor diesem Aufenthalt noch nie mehr als 10 Kakerlaken bei einem Aufenthalt töten. Toller Preis, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber seien Sie sich bewusst, es ist nicht das Ritz! Ich gebe ihm trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil es ein außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist und die Reaktionszeit des Gastgebers ist erstaunlich!

Die Lage ist schön, wenn Sie in Bars gehen und feiern möchten. Das Zimmer ist auch sauber und das Personal ist zugänglich. Aber der Flur im 9. Stock riecht nach Zigaretten. Aber alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen🥰

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Checked in only to find numerous hairs throughout the bed (see attached photos). The bed was perfectly made - so the room had been 'serviced' as far as the hotel was concerned. I'd understand if it were a single hair as this could have fallen from the head of the person servicing the room, but 5 or so hairs, in numerous places? The Reddoorz website also states a refrigerator is present in every room as seen at the top of their page. My room did not contain one. The rooms are meant to be serviced daily - despite having the 'please make up my room' hanger on the exterior door handle as soon as I'd checked in, my room was never serviced. Probably for the best given they don't clean the rooms properly anyway. Photo attached for your reference. Emailed the General Manager for the property who hasn't bothered to respond - and - Reddoorz themselves are denying any responsibility and refusing to take ownership. Plenty of better, clean and affordable hotels nearby, and in Manila.

The location is good because it's near a lot of establishments. The hotel also is nice. Rooftop, gym and work area. But the problem is the pool. It's dirty and a lot of algae. I already informed the staff but took 1 day before they close it. The problem as well is when the close it. They didn't clean it. They just close it. How can guest enjoy if that is the case?

Ausstattung: Das Hotel ist sehr neu und sauber Hygiene: Es gibt täglich Reinigungspersonal Umgebung: Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum von Seven Eleven. Das Einkaufszentrum ist sehr groß. Im ersten Stock des Einkaufszentrums gibt es Bars und Restaurants. und es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum. Service: Der Service ist sehr gut und enthusiastisch Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von MOA entfernt und der Preis ist sehr erschwinglich. Es ist eine gute Wahl.

Ich bin in diesem Hotel jetzt schon sieben oder acht mal und ich bin immer zufrieden, das einzigste was mich etwas stört ist der kleine Pool aber da kann man halt mal nichts machen, denn die Größe ist nun mal bauartbedingt beschränkt außer man würde einen neuen Pool bauen auf dem Dach ! Und was mich stört dieses Wegwerf Geschirr im Zimmer !

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。
