Das Einchecken war ein Kinderspiel, da der Gastgeber umgehend antwortete. Trip hat mir auch bei allem sehr geholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich. Wunderschönes Interieur. Ich liebte die Aussicht vom Balkon. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und es mit Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen. Hinweis: Chat mit Qi funktioniert, ebenso wie die Anrufunterstützung. Sobrang Nakakatulong und es gibt nicht viel Wartezeit. Mabait silang lahat. Wenn ich mich nur an ihre Namen erinnern könnte, hätte ich sie auch hier erwähnt, um ihnen zu danken und meine Wertschätzung zu zeigen.

Berjaya Hotel Makati is our number choice as family. The locations is good…close to malls.walking distance restaurants and night life. Very spacious room. Nice indoor pool. Staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Live music in the rooftop. We will definitely book in this hotel again in our next visit in manila. I love the foods also in the restaurant during our breakfast. 😍🥰❤️

Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden immer gewechselt. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinem Budget. Es gibt viele Restaurants zur Auswahl (chinesische, japanisch-türkische, spanische Restaurants usw.).

Verglichen mit dem Service war hervorragend, wir forderten zusätzliches Flachs und heißes Wasser, sie sind schnell, und nach 10 Minuten haben wir von der Empfangsbestätigung eine Anrufe erhalten, wenn wir bereits das erhalten haben, was wir gefordert haben. Das Zimmer riecht gut, es ist auch sauber, das Fernsehsignal ist schön und der Klimaanlage ist cool. Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit, für eine Sicherheitsdeposito zu zahlen. Es gibt einen Interner, der uns immer grüßte.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Did a 7 days booking here on Trip. Modified it for 6 days instead - did the modification 3 days before the checkout. Hotel did not give me a refund. Reception not helpful at all.

Das ist mein fahrendes Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter hier sind wunderbar und so untergebracht. Sie sind hervorragend in der Arbeit. Sie werden ihre harte Arbeit und Engagement sehen, um den besten Service zu bieten, den sie bieten können. Kudos nach Ella und Jess für ein hocheffizientes Team. Die Führung hat Glück, sie zu haben. Die Bldg hat eine hervorragende Lage mit der Nähe zum Eisenbahn. Viel in einem Hauptbereich. Zimmer sind sauber mit komfortablen Betten und Kissen. Es gibt einen Komfortladen direkt neben dem Hotel. Gäste werden sicher zurückkommen. Ihr Zuhause in Mandaluyong.

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!
