Excellent hotel, cozy atmosphere, nice decoration. Would prefer to stay again if we visit Madurai again

The person at the front desk, Akash, is very cooperative and helpful.

早餐豐富，交通便利，周邊有個商場可以逛一下，忙裡偷閒，在馬杜賴停下來享受一下印度的慢生活，距離神廟不遠，打個Auto150盧比可以直達。

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit einem schönen, einladenden Eindruck. Die Holzelemente schaffen eine warme Atmosphäre. Die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Sehr sauberes und freundliches Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und guten Betten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Wir haben im Schrank einige Kleidungsstücke vergessen. Sie wurden uns sofort und unkompliziert zu unserer nachfolgenden Adressen kostenlos innerhalb von 2 Tagen nachgesandt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in einer Stadt wie Madurai und einem absolut sehenswerten Tempel nur zu empfehlen.

Gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Servicepersonal. Große und sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Viel Holzverkleidung. Sehr sauber. Restaurant ist auch ok. Frühstück hat auch eine „Continental corner“. Und wenn *** fragt bekommt *** sogar ein paar Rühreier.

Das Hotel ist ansprechend und sehr sauber. Da es auch von Reisegruppen besucht wird ist es im Speisesaal leider immer etwas lauter. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und *** bekommt Hilfe wenn *** etwas benötigt.

Das Hotel ist schön, die Zimmer geräumig und das Frühstück dem Preis entsprechend. Leider wurde vom Laundry Service ein Kleidungsstück verschlampt und als ich mich darüber beschwert habe wurde ich vom Personal an der Rezeption schlecht behandelt bzw. ignoriert. Nicht mal ein Kaffee oder ähnliches wurde mir als Entschädigung angeboten. Das lässt tief blicken.

Enjoyed the stay at JC Residency,Madurai. Beautiful interior,ambience,creative and vintage feel. Polite staff. Mr.Aakash, Arun Varsha,because of them my check in and check out was smooth. Vasant and Nagalaxmi were also polite. Food also good. Staff is good in hospitality. I just loved my room. Overall good experience.keep up good work.

The Location was very central. The atmosphere was very nice with many people from different backgrounds. We were warmly welcomed by Jasmine mam. Varsha and Akash gave us excellent advice at reception. I particularly appreciated the service provided by manager Arunraj, who even called us because we almost missed dinner. He kept the evening buffet open longer especially for us, which I thought was extremely kind. The rooms were exceptionally clean and It was quiet while we slept. Room service was also good. We also had our laundry done. We found the services to be good. Mala served us very well at breakfast. It's worth the money. I can recommend this hotel.
