ACCESS : hotel is ~ 200m from Herrera Oria Metro stop - exit at the Herrera Oria exit, the alternative leaves you 50 m further away and downhill. From this metro station Madrid centre is 30-45 minutes away, at a cost of €2. ROOMS : very spacious, separate bath, shower, toilet, 2 wash basins, microwave BREAKFAST : fresh orange juice for every table, good range of pastries, bread, meats, eggs, - very good OUTDOOR POOL : 13.5m diameter, good for swimming, ~180cm deep everywhere so not really child friendly, sun blocked after about 6pm, open strictly 10.30am to 8.30pm, plenty of towels and loungers GYM: best you will ever see in a hotel, looks like it was once a thriving sports club with turnstiles but Covid probably killed it - now 4 rooms of every machine you could ever want. Indoor pools were drained - maybe they will be refilled in the autumn when the outside pool closes RESTAURANTS : Taberna La Illustracion is a 10-15 minute walk - run by mother an daughter - delicious food at a great price (€40 for 4 drinks and salad starter + main). Alright is America style restaurant - good, and only place where English was used. Several smaller cafes in the area offering standard 'raciones' - all good. Great hotel for exploring Madrid from.

I stayed there for one night on a business trip with colleagues in October 2022. I cannot fault the decor or the quality of the rooms at all. The closest example of the style of the hotel will be something like the MalMaison Chain. I didn’t eat at the hotel other than breakfast, but we did visit the bar for one drink and it was very nice place to be with numerous waiting staff on hand to serve you at your table. As you would expect in a hotel of this calibre drinks were not cheap and a Coke set me back about the same as a pint of lager would at home. The room had a fabulous bathroom with a jet spa shower, full bath and separate toilet. Unusually for Spain the floor of the bathroom was heated. The bed was very comfortable and there were advanced lighting controls depending on your mood as well as an electric blind. This hotel has a very tall tower which looks out over La Paz but depending on where you are in the hotel, the view will vary quite significantly as the room I was staying in had some kind of architectural panels on the outside which blocked the clear side of the view, and it made taking photos almost impossible, which is a shame given the height of the rooms. Breakfast was extremely good with a very wide range of high quality food to choose from regardless of your tastes. I did not have the time unfortunately to experience the immediate area around the hotel as we were on a tight schedule and had dinner in the city already organised. A word to the wise. If you are using the spa shower in the bathroom, you will find that the door leaks and the floor is covered in water which was not unique to just my room. iIts no big deal and it will dry out very quickly, but you just need to be aware. The only thing that stops me giving this hotel, five stars is that it was very difficult to take any photos of the view from my bedroom due to the panels, but I understand that there are architectural reasons why they are needed.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist nah am Flughafen aber die Umgebung ist nicht schön und es gibt wenig direkt am Hotel bzgl. Restaurant, Bar etc. Mit der U-Bahn ist es schon etwas nervig jeden Tag in die Stadtmitte zu fahren.Genial war das Frühstücksbuffet wo es wirklich alles gab was das Herz begehrt und die live-cooking-station zauberte gigantische Omelettes auf den Tisch.

Ich war für 2 Wochen am Ende Januar. Ich besuchte ein anderes Unternehmen, das ein Büro 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel so sehr bequem hatte. Das Restaurant im Hotel war von guter Qualität und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, wenn Sie es etwas ändern möchten. Gutes Frühstück am Morgen mit viel Wahl. Das Zimmer und das Hotel insgesamt war sauber und das Personal war freundlich und blickte mich während meines Aufenthalts. Das Fußballstadion ist kurz zu Fuß entfernt und Sie können auf der U-Bahn springen, um das touristische Zentrum von Madrid zu besuchen, wenn Sie es brauchen. Der Bahnhof ist direkt draußen. Der Flughafen ist nur 15 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Sie werden hier nochmal bleiben.

Ich und meine Frau blieben hier während der Teilnahme an dem Festival. Die Lage konnte nicht perfekter gewesen sein, als Transport zum und von dem Festival, Sie an der Tür des Hotels gefallen. Das Frühstück war wunderschön, viel Auswahl, Zimmer war geräumig und Dusche war mächtig. Leicht um Madrid mit der U-Bahn direkt außerhalb des Hotels zu kommen. Das Personal war angenehmen, aber könnte etwas freundlicher gewesen sein.

It is also 300 metres from the metro. I offer pick up service from the airport or any other point as long as it is in the afternoon until 22 at night. The room is what you see in the photo. I can host another person in the same room with another mattress, if you need it. Ideal for people who want to travel to different parts of Spain and come back to Madrid in the same day or just stay in Madrid. I live in the house. I am Spanish, but I have lived many years in China and I speak, read and write Chinese. If you need it I can help you as a tourist informer as well.

We were going to Valencia from Chamartin first thing, so the main criteria for the hotel was that it was close to the station. It is really close to the station. Big tick there. It's not the prettiest building from the outside, but inside is quite a different. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It has an outside pool, but given that the overnight temperatures were below freezing, unsurprisingly the pool was shut. The room was very nice. I can't remember the type of room (sorry!) but it had a bit with a sofa and a TV then a sort-of partitiion and then a really decent sized bed and another TV. Nice touch with the TV - you're in another country so you shouldn't expect English speaking channels, but both TVs had a Chromecast attached so it was easy to pair it with a phone or tablet and watch Netflix/Amazon Prime/saved films, etc on the TVs, which is a nice feature. Most hotels don't offer this. Only criticism is that that the hotel is very tall and it is very possible to fall out of the windows. To clarify, for most people that's not going to happen. It's just that there's nothing to stop you opening the windows on high floors - some hotels stop you opening the windows too much but these windows are easily opened and quite low. Personally I was absoutely fine with it as it let me take pictures of the north of the city and the 4 towers of CBTA unobstructed, but if you have kids with you then keep an eye out. (This is just a heads up - the rooms are fine, you might just not want to leave kids unattended.) If you don't have kids with you there is absolutely nothing to worry about, although when I opened the windows it did make me feel a little nervous. Rooms had blackout curtains and had decent soundproofing as well. Breakfast was really good. Good selection of juices, cereals, baked goods, charcuterie as well as british staples like toast, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, bacon and sausage. We arrived quite late in the afternoon and went wandering. Definitely worth checking out the worryingly tilted Puerta De Europa twin towers which are nearby. We were facing north and the view over the CBTA (home to some of the tallest buildings in the EU) and the north of Madrid is stunning, however the area around the hotel isn't the prettiest. Transport links are fantastic. Madrid's public transport system is really good and from Chamartin you can get to most of the city, including the touristy bits really easily. If I came back to Madrid would I some back here? If it were as a tourist then I might not, only because we came back to Madrid a few days later and stayed right in the centre, which was very convenient for touristy things. If I was here for non-touristy reasons or if I was planning to catch a train then I 100% would.

Die Umgebung war im Allgemeinen gut und nahe dem Bahnhof/Metrobahnhof. Es war jedoch sehr schwierig, den Ort zuerst zu finden, weil Sie auf dem Boden gehen müssen, um das Hotel zu entdecken. Abgesehen davon hat der Bau nicht gestoppt, wenn ich incheckte, so dass es viel Lärm umging. Außerdem hat der Aufzug außerhalb des Hotels zweimal abgebrochen, während ich dort war. Das Bad und das Bett sind im Allgemeinen gut. Obwohl ich diejenigen warnen sollte, die bleiben wollen, sind die Ausrüstungen dieses Hotels ziemlich alt und es ist nahezu unmöglich, die AC auf die Temperatur zu wechseln, die Sie wollen. Das Frühstück war ziemlich schön und ich genossen die verschiedenen Lebensmittel, die es lieferte. Das Frühstück war nicht etwas fancy, aber sicherlich hatte mehr Wahlen als das letzte Hotel, das ich in Barcelona geblieben habe. Die Anne ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Meine Frau und ich sind regelmäßige Gäste im Exe Madrid Norte. Jedes Mal, wenn wir bleiben, sind wir überrascht von der Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und der Pflegepflicht, die all das Personal dort ausgeführt. In den letzten Monaten hat das Hotel viele Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, wie viele andere Hotels haben ....Aber dankbar ist die Exe Madrid Norte während der beunruhigenden Zeiten von covid 19 geblieben. Es sieht so aus, als hätten sie ihre Türen nur aufgrund einer guten Planung geöffnet, mit dem unvermeidlichen Abbau von Personal und Einrichtungen und einer großen Menge an harter Arbeit. Ich kann das Personal nicht loben, dass es sich für ihre Arbeit und ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details engagiert hat. Die Zimmer sind immer unspottbar und sehr gut gepflegt. Während unseres kürzlichen Aufenthalts erlebten wir eine ganze Verpflichtung von einem der dortigen Mitarbeiter, Laura. Schnee brachte während des Sturms Filomena nach Madrid. Das Hotel wurde durch den Schnee abgeschnitten, was bedeutete, dass Laura das einzige Personal auf der Website war, das das Hotel für 3 Tage einhandig geführt hat. Ihre Aktionen waren exemplarisch. Sie verdient eine Medaille für ihre Aktionen in diesen wenigen Tagen! Als das Wetter .... und die Hilfe schließlich in die Lage versetzte, das Hotel durchzukommen, arbeitete Miguel, der Manager und sein Team eine fantastische Arbeit, oberhalb und über ihre Jobbeschreibungen, um das Hotel wieder zugänglich zu machen und wie normal zu arbeiten. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe, die uns alle durch dieses sehr schwierige Wochenende geholfen hat. Wir empfehlen Exe Madrid Norte für seinen Komfort, Lage, Reinigkeit und Freundlichkeit. Obwohl es derzeit ein Mindestpersonal gibt und die Einrichtungen aufgrund von covid 19 begrenzt sind, Ruhe versichert die Gäste werden mit der höchsten Hüblichkeit und Sorgfalt behandelt. Ich blieb diese Woche im Hotel (Aug 21-24 2023) für 4 Nächte. Es war wunderschön. Das Personal war großartig, vor allem die Rezeption und das atemberaubende Personal (wartend auf das Personal) beim Frühstück. Sie waren beide ein Kredit für das Hotel. Eines, was ich erwähnen wollte, dass die Buchungsinformationen zu setzen ist, es gibt keine Möglichkeit für vor Ort Essen für Mittagessen und Abendessen während dieser Zeit, als ich blieb. Als einsamer weiblicher Reisende, eine Möglichkeit zum Essen auf der Website ist äußerst wichtig. Ich hätte dieses Hotel nicht reserviert, wenn ich wusste, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, auf der Website zu essen ohne Frühstück. Dies ist nicht gegen das Personal, das sie großartig waren und ich bin sicher, dass der lokale Pizza-Abgabeort die angenehm begrüßt!!
