What a find! Away from the main street although easily walkable to the night market and bars and restaurants.
Carefully prepared breakfasts which we both enjoyed.
Rooms are large and individually decorated, cleaned daily. Really loved the beautiful decor.
Service was excellent. Any query was answered fully and suggestions for activities and restaurants given if and when required.
There was a lovely pool area with beds and chairs too.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel for families or couples.

淋浴的水温不是很熱，水壓也比較小。這是唯一的缺點。其他都很贊。房間精心佈置，有老撾特色。進大門就需要拖鞋，整棟房子到處都很乾凈。GM和幾位員工服務態度都很親切。早餐雖然不像星級酒店那樣選擇豐富，但幾樣老撾特色的早餐味道都很不錯，西式的也很好吃。

Bright and clean, big spacious rooms, great food and friendly staff. Great location in Luang Prabang, not in the thick of it but close enough to walk or bike. Bicycles available for use for free which really helped get into town. Highly recommend Baan Pila!

This hotel was absolutely FANTASTIC! The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel, grounds and room immaculately clean. My room was large and had a separate sitting/eating area and the breakfast included was delicious. As an added bonus they had a pool and a beautiful outdoor area to relax and take a break from the heat. Perfect location close to major sites and the night market and great value for the money. They even had free bicycle rentals. I would 100% stay there again.

1st stay in a B&B/guest house, and it far exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and the quality of bed and bathroom linens was good. They really thought of everything you might need. The lady manager was excellent, (as well as the rest of the staff, and owners) very helpful and professional. The included breakfast was very good, and a lot of the items were homemade. We found the location good, easy walking distance to restaurants etc. The rate was good value for money and would recommend Baan Pila.

Great place to stay in Luang Prabang! Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms (they have different sizes), super friendly and helpful staff who can assist with all travel and day trip advice and breakfast is excellent. Location is close enough to the night market and historical town for walking but the free bicycles are a really great way to move around a bit more. There is a small pool at the back with a small but nice lounge area. Highly recommended

This was a perfect stay. The hosts are gracious and cannot do enough, the rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped, plus the location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Luang Prabang. Thank you for looking after us so well. 🙏🏼😊

Highly RECOMENDED! It was such a wonderful experience to stay in Baan pila! Everything was perfect! The interior was really unique, it was very clean - room was cleaned every single day, the breakfast was absolutely amazing its was very autentic and deliciuos! Staff was realy friendly and helpful! The location is also perfect! We really inlove with this place, we stay 4 nights and we wish more!;))))
