07/26 (approximately 1pm) in room 1525: One of the four guests in our room discovered what appeared to be a bedbug in the sheets in addition to a blood stain. She caught it, bagged and sealed it, and immediately reported it to the hotel who sent up Gabriel, the head of security. He claimed that in his experience, bed bugs are not visible to the human eye (which is untrue). The hotel reached out to Ecolab for an inspection and let us know that it would probably take place on the same day in the afternoon. They then offered us a temporary king bedroom (1621) until another double became available with no further instructions. We asked for plastic bags, packed and sealed our belongings, and left them in room 1525 along with the sealed bug. We bought new clothes and all took hot showers, doing our best as guests to prevent spread. When we asked that our items be heat treated, the hotel said we had to wait for inspection results. Adam, the assistant front office manager, provided us with the information that Ecolab would not be able to provide an inspection until the morning of 07/27, our checkout date. We finally got our new double room, 2313, around 9:43 PM on 07/26. I checked in with management on 07/27 at 8:08 AM about the inspection which they now claimed was in the afternoon. Because we needed to checkout, we insisted that all our clothes be heat treated. Brittany, the manager on site and Vanessa, manager of housekeeping, was able to accomplish that for us. At 1:09, we received a call from Abigail Santos, assistant director of housekeeping, letting us know that our room tested negative for bed bugs. I was relieved to hear the results but when I asked what the bug in the bag was, she told me that Ecolabs said it was probably a mosquito. It was definitely not a mosquito. It turns out they didn't check the bagged bug despite the fact that I mentioned how it was sealed and where it was it to every staff member I spoke to during this whole debacle. Abigail and I went down to 1525 to look at the sealed bug together. She agreed it wasn't a mosquito and let me know that they would do a second inspection. The hotel returned our heat treated belongings and we were ready to check out at 2pm on 07/27. I had a copy of the negative test results, but I also wanted a record that they did not inspect the bug that we found. When I asked the on-site manager Makayla for it, she simply smiled and said it wasn't available and that I'd be emailed the second inspection results. She said ”The first inspection result was negative for an infestation, but we can offer you a one day gift certificate for your frustrations.” I declined the offer. This was infuriating and it made me cry as I never asked for refunds or perks. I simply wanted them to acknowledge their mistake and to have a record of it. I requested that they respond to my text regarding the second inspection and after Makayla texted me that she would email me the results, I left the premises. My friends and

Dies ist ein Boutique-Hotel. Das Lobby-Design ist sehr modisch. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach hat ein sehr gutes Geschäft. Es kommen oft Außenstehende rein und raus. Die Hygiene ist schlecht. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Es gibt ein Fenster, aber keine Aussicht. Draußen gibt es einen Abluftventilator für die Küche. In den unteren Etagen ist es lauter. WLAN ist oft nicht verfügbar, aber das Personal hier ist sehr freundlich und verteilt Frühstücks- und Biergutscheine. Da der Zimmerpreis niedrig ist, ist es trotzdem eine Empfehlung wert!

Ausstattung: Sehr gut, allerdings verfügt das Bad über keine bewegliche Dusche Hygiene: Sehr gut. Auch der Typ, der das Gästezimmer reinigt, ist sehr nett. Umwelt: Nicht erwähnt. Absolut zentral gelegen, mit weitem Blick auf LA Service: fünf Sterne. Ich habe meine Zimmerkarte verloren, tut mir leid. Die Lobby befindet sich im 70. Stock und bietet eine sehr gute Aussicht. Location - located on Figueroa Street across the street from the USC campus. Proximity to USC is the biggest winner for this Radisson. Accommodations - The lobby was basic, one story with a small front desk and small pool antey. The gym was basic with 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals and weights up to 35 OK lbs.. The rooms are decent size and well maintained with nice decor. The bathrooms can stand to be updated though. Service - The front desk folks are OK but the hotel policies really bring it down overall. We stayed at the hotel during move in week and weekend (5 days 4 nights) but were not given a water bottle like everyone else, that was weird. We received some Amazon boxes while there and were charged $5/box after the 3rd box but were not told in advance from the hotel that they would charge us, so they basically held the packages I ordered for my daughter's move in hostage.

Das Hotel wurde vor langer Zeit gebaut und später renoviert. Vom Personal hörte ich, dass es ursprünglich zur Behandlung obdachloser Patienten diente. Die Einrichtungen sind noch relativ alt. Was ich nicht ertragen konnte, war, dass das Zimmer nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wurde, nachdem ich es der Rezeption mitgeteilt hatte, sodass ich am nächsten Tag zurückkommen und den Müll selbst aufräumen musste. Das Badezimmer ist eine Badewanne mit festem Duschkopf, was das Baden erschwert. Für das Parken in diesem Hotel wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhoben, die 5 USD pro Tag beträgt. Insgesamt empfinde ich die Einstellung des Servicepersonals als relativ kalt und lustlos.

Sehr sauber Hotel mit sehr geräumigen Lobby und Zimmern. Große Rezeption mit freundlicher Ausstattung. Parkplatz war bequem mit einem Gebühr. Viele Restaurants rund um die Gegend.

Am einfachsten lässt sich der Flughafen-Shuttlebus an den modernen Stil anpassen. Er ist sehr praktisch, es handelt sich jedoch um einen Gemeinschaftsbus mit einem anderen Hotel. Unten gibt es einen McDonald's und schräg gegenüber ein Thai-Restaurant.

I stayed in the four points by Sheraton while visiting LA. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the LAX airport also. The deposit was 350$ and you have to pay 50$ for overnight parking in my opinion thats outrageous. I ended up getting my deposit back pretty quick. I chose this hotel being that it was a decent price but having to pay the extra 50$ for parking made it pretty pricey and had me thinking I could of stayed at a nicer hotel for the price I payed in total.

Tolles Hotel zum Übernachten. Viel Platz für Spaziergänge rund um das Hotel. Tolle Aussicht, ich kann fast jede Landschaft in der Umgebung sehen, Berge, Brücken und Strand. Obwohl es nicht in der Nähe der Innenstadt ist, gibt es praktische Geschäfte und McDonald’s in der Nähe. Auch das Essen in diesem Hotel ist köstlich.
