Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne

Wir waren für 7 Nächte im Hotel und waren mit dem geräumigen Zimmer und allen Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels zufrieden. Allerdings sind wir vom Management bezüglich der Haushaltsführung enttäuscht. Während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthalts wird nur EINMAL ein Zimmerreinigungsservice angeboten. Nachdem ich mehrfach beim Schalter nachgefragt hatte, sagten sie, sie würden die Zimmerreinigung am Tag veranlassen, aber das taten sie nicht. Ich hoffe, dass das Management dieses Problem beheben kann.

Sauberes und großes Zimmer und bequemes Bett, ich konnte mit meinem Netflix-Konto Internetfernsehen genießen. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett.

Es ist wirklich sauber und schön Freundlich, günstig und Starbucks ist auch gut. sehr zufrieden Wenn Sie nicht vorhaben, in der Innenstadt abzuhängen, sollten Sie hierher kommen.

Schön war, dass es direkt im Hotel eine Bar gab. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

This hotel is not convenient from the airport. There is no shuttle bus from the airport. We saw a fake review that said there is a shuttle bus. it's so bad! Ctrip should not allow such a review!! When we realised that there is no shuttle bus from the airport, we called an Uber from the airport to go to the hotel. Each way the Uber cost 46 dollars (without tip). Even though the hotel is not very far from the airport. We don't know why it's so expensive. So we paid 100 dollars just to from and to the airport. We are not happy about it :( So don't stay at this hotel if you are going from the airport. Don't make the same mistake we did and waste your money.

The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay. The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience.

Wir waren hier für ein Wochenende in LA. Wir haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil es in der Nähe des SoFi-Stadions liegt. Das Hotel war sauber, unser Zimmer war groß. Das Bett war vollkommen hart. Im Badezimmer könnten einige Lücken repariert werden und von der Decke löste sich etwas Farbe. Als wir eincheckten, teilte uns die Frau am Schalter nicht mit, wie viel das Parken kostet. Das ist ein kleiner Nachteil. Alles andere ist in diesem Hotel völlig in Ordnung!
