Ich habe diese Reise zu meinem Finanzgeburtstag gebucht. Das Hotel ist veraltet, was uns bewusst war, und es gibt keine Probleme, aber wenn Sie etwas Modernes suchen, ist es nicht der richtige Ort für Sie. Die Aufzugstüren klebten sehr, ließen sich offenbar nicht richtig öffnen und rochen übel. Das Einchecken war ok, wir gingen in unser Zimmer, dessen Heizung auf Hochtouren lief und die Temperatur 39 °C anzeigte. Wir versuchten, das Fenster zu öffnen, aber es wurde nur von einer Schraube geschlossen. Das Bett war sehr bequem zum Schlafen, aber wir blieben nur eine Nacht, also war es nicht so schlimm. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir dadurch gestört, dass die Zimmermädchen um 8 Uhr morgens unser Zimmer betraten, Hallo sagten, es dann schnell wieder verließen und dann durch die Flure saugten und gegen die Wände und unsere Tür schlugen. Wir erzählten der Rezeption davon, wurden aber von einem unhöflichen Mitarbeiter begrüßt, der auf eine andere Dame zeigte und dann wegging. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte, sie werde noch einmal mit der Zimmermädchen sprechen, also hört es sich so an, als ob das häufig passiert. Wir beschlossen dann, zum Frühstück zu gehen, und erfuhren, dass es 15 Pfund pro Person kostete! Anscheinend können Sie beim Einchecken das Frühstück zu einem ermäßigten Preis von 12,50 £ kaufen, aber niemand hat es uns beim Einchecken gesagt oder angeboten. Wir haben beschlossen, woanders zu frühstücken. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Reise nach London, aber wir werden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen oder jemals wieder zurückkehren. Ich wünschte, ich hätte etwas mehr ausgegeben und wäre in ein besseres Hotel gegangen.

We always stay at the Lion & Key when we visit London and have been fortunate enough to stay here again in October, December, and also January for my husbands 80th birthday. This really is the ”Savoy” of the small hotels in London and we always know without fail, we will have the most perfect stay. All the staff genuinely care about their guests having the best experience and you cannot fault the care and attention to detail that this hotel takes to ensure an excellent customer experience. They have a great team of which we would like to thank Giorgio, Kanti and Stephania for making all our visits a home away from home. The rooms and also public areas in the hotel are kept pristinely clean and are bright and cheerful. I love the attention to detail this hotel has even with the smallest thing. i.e. the shower cap in the bathroom also has a small hairband in the box ,which is excellent if you have long hair and can’t find your own! The beds are also extremely comfortable and we both always have an excellent night sleep. We love the open kitchen where you can see all the food being freshly prepared and cooked to order. They are very generous with their breakfast time which doesn’t end until 12 o’clock lunchtime. The choice and range that they offer in their restaurant, regardless of breakfast or main meals throughout the day would accommodate even the most fussiest eaters, which I am, but even I am extremely spoilt for choice as the breakfast menu is so comprehensive. The quality of the ingredients used in the restaurant is first class and so is the time and care in presentation which also reflects the pride that they take. We can honestly say that the breakfast’s we have at the L&K are the most tastiest, freshest, consistently perfect breakfast’s we have ever had and far exceed the quality that we have experienced over the years in 4 & 5 star hotels. To be honest, we often wonder how they continuously provide such care and attention to detail for the customer, even more so since Covid as many many hotels and restaurants seem to still use this as an excuse for a less than perfect service or menu range. We must’ve had over 100 of breakfasts since we have been coming here in 2018 and the eggs are always perfectly cooked with a lovely orange yolk, regardless of whether it’s a normal full English breakfast, or my husbands favorite the Egg Royale. We very rarely eat sausages or bacon at home, but the quality and taste of the ones here are amazing, so we always, always enjoy our breakfast which set us up for exploring all day. The transport links to this hotel are excellent as well. There are four buses that go past the hotel to Leyton underground, one of which is running 24 hours and they seem to come by every few minutes. Stratford is only four stops from Leyton so excellent connections for overground, DLR, O2 etc. Liverpool Street is the next stop along for even more connections so the location we find is a great asset to wherever we

I travel every week on business and have stayed in many many different hotels, both independent and chain Most Holiday Inns are better than they used to be a few years ago in my opinion. But definitely worth noting the staff at this one are particularly helpful. One in particular - Idris. Is the most helpful and friendly person I’ve met in a long time. Nothing is too much trouble and he goes beyond the call of duty to make your stay enjoyable

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit freundlichem Personal und schönen Einrichtungen! Alles sieht schön eingerichtet aus und es gab kein Problem mit der Reinigung. Das Essen war auch gut waren anständige Variante. Die einzigen Fragen waren die fehlende Tabelle, wie in den Fotos für das Familienzimmer gezeigt, und das Hotel verwendet nur Badewanne Gräber anstelle von Glas, was seltsam ästhetisch angesehen, wie schön eingerichtet der Rest des Zimmers ist. Neben diesem ist es ein toller Aufenthalt und ich empfehle dieses Hotel.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut zu Hause! :) Mein Mann und ich kamen nach einem langen Flug aus den USA und sie nicht nur uns frühzeitig überprüfen lassen, sondern auch uns mit unseren Taschen oben (wir bewegen hier, also gab es viel! ) Es gibt eine Küche, die jeder nutzen kann und sie haben die Stapelfütterungen, die für alle Gäste kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen (Brötchen, Eier, Tee usw.) Das Hotel ist in kurzer Spazierweite zum öffentlichen Verkehrswesen. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber, und der Preis ist sehr vernünftig.

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

Very nice Hotel in a good location with good tube access for popular sightseeing attractions. . The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were very nice and spacious too. Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Would definitely stay here again

Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr komfortabel und hatte einen großen Blick auf das London Stadium. Die Lage war erstaunlich, neben einem riesigen Stratford Shopping Centre und zum U-Bahnhof mit vielen U-Bahnlinien. Das Personal war freundlich, professionell und sehr hilfreich. KUDO an das Concierge Personal, vor allem NALEEF, DANIEL, UND EIN ANDERE GEMEINSAME (entschuldigt! Ich habe seinen Namen vergessen). Meine Frau wurde in London geholfen. Das Personal der Concierge, insbesondere Naleef, ging über und über ihre Pflicht hinaus, uns bei unseren Notsituationen zu helfen. Er hat uns angewiesen, die Diebstahl an die Londoner Polizei zu melden, und auch das Concierge-Personal hat uns enorm geholfen, mit unseren gestohlenen Kreditkarten umzugehen. Wir haben wirklich geschätzt, was diese erstaunlichen Mitarbeiter für uns getan haben. Vielen Dank an Naleef, Daniel und alle Concierge Mitarbeiter, die uns so willkommen und für all Ihre unvergessliche Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Welt braucht mehr von diesen Leuten wie Ihre Concierge Mitarbeiter. Hyatt sollte sehr stolz sein, diese erstaunlichen Concierge-Personal zu haben. Wir werden sicherlich in Zukunft wieder in dieses Hyatt Hotel und würden dieses Hyatt Hotel für jeden sehr empfehlen!
