Close to Leicester Sq. and Piccadilly Circus, with Lego / M&M, and China town next door. Super convenient. Got upgraded to suit and my room is huge. Hotel is not newly decorated but still good.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your hotel during my recent stay. As you are aware, I had booked a twin bed room at your esteemed five-star hotel in central location. However, upon arriving at the reception, I was informed that the room was not available. Instead, I was given a room with one double bed for two adult males. This was unacceptable and completely contrary to my booking request. As a guest, I expect the hotel to honor my booking and provide the room that I had reserved. Moreover, I trusted your hotel to provide top-notch service given the reputation and standard of a five-star hotel. This level of incompetency and disregard for the customer's booking request is not what I expected and is unacceptable. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the room that I stayed in as it did not meet my expectations or fulfill my booking requirements. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible. I hope that in the future, your hotel will ensure that such incidents do not occur and that all guests receive the room that they have reserved. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 在唐人街邊上，步行5分鐘路程，房間不大，設施較為齊全，早餐比較豐富。

房間比想象中小，但除此之外一百分，硬件和軟件都很舒服，自助早餐豐富。

漂亮的建築，衞生間稍微小一點，其他都很好。 早餐一般，但是幾個餐館可以嘗試一下，花園裡的咖啡店非常受歡迎。

非常滿意，位置好酒店檔次高

還算不錯 位置離唐人街很近 除了w酒店可能就是他們

Hotellet OK men definitivt inte 5stjärnigt. Dit har de en långresa. Vi ger det en 3a och vi har mycket stor erfarenheter av en mängd resor under 50 år.

ROOM WAS TINY AND THE DECOR WAS AWFUL. DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES. GOOD LOCATION AND THE BAR DOWNSTAIRS WAS NICE.

Very nice hotel at a good price. Only one ****** we asked for well done bacon and when it came it had been cook in a slab and the outside pieces were ok but the middle uncooked. When we sent it back the chef burnt it we think because it was sent back. The chef needs talking to as the rest of the staff were very very nice. A refreshing experience as I stay away regularly and for a one night stay nothing was too much trouble

One night stay for an event in central London. In advance was emailed with offer for free drink with meal if we are in their restaurant. On check in find that the restaurant doesn’t open. No offer of honouring the free drink however when pointed out that they shouldn’t have emailed an offer they knew they couldn’t honour as the restaurant doesn’t open Monday and Tuesdays they honoured the free drink. Service could have only been better by not needing to point this out and offering the free drink without being prompted. Room was lovely with very comfy bed and very clean and well maintained.

Excellent place to stay in London! The staff is absolutely amazing, the breakfast is very good and highly recommended. The room is very comfortable and the bed/pillows are really good! The location of the hotel is hard to beat! Close to main attractions, easy to walk around, full of restaurants and very safe! Again, highly recommended hotel! I would definitely stay there again!!
