-Komplizierter Checkin und zusätzlich 100USD Security Deposit -Abgenutztes/unansehnliches Gebäude -Verunreinigter und stark riechender Eingang und Flur (zum Glück hat es im Zimmer nicht so stark gerochen) -Abgenutzte Teppiche (besondern in the high traffic areas)

It's very clean and is one of the cheapest place to stay. I am homeless and I have to use my disability check to pay for my room. I truly appreciate the service and kindness, I have received since I have been staying there for over a few months

The hotel was disgustingly dirty. There were rocks in the bed the room smelled of dirty feet and stunk . No hot water in the bathroom sink , the shower curtain was disgusting .The floors were never washed the hallways to the rooms were black , one step had a loose mat going up and down stairs There is no Pool no sauna, and no breakfast. I had to leave could not stay . Then to top it off Don left the door keys with the guy at the desk at 9:30 am . Then they called us to see if he was staying another night because they didn’t receive the keys which I was with him when he returned them and the guy give him a thumbs up . totally unacceptable. I just hope they don’t charge my card extra because the key was dropped off on time before 11 AM.

This was the worst Days Inn ever!! When we arrived and checked in went to room to find out that there was no fridge ( we have medications that need to be kept cold) and the phone did not work. Went back to reception and was told to call the on call maintenance. Explained we were not from USA and did not have a phone and the phone in the room did not work. Reception decided to reassign us a new room. Went to new room and phone still did not work. Back to reception and was told basically that it was too bad. He stated they did not have any other phones that would work. Very much a safety concern for us as we are both in our 70's and how to get help if needed. Reception just handed us a card with the manager's number and told us to contact him or email him. The whole place also just reeked of ********* in the hallways. Did not feel safe here at all. There were people congregating in the hallways and parking areas in groups drinking and smoking ? . The bed was comfortable but was cold most of the night as there were no blankets on the bed other than a sheet. As the phone still did not work were unable to call and ask for a blanket and was not about to go down 3 flights and across a parking lot in the middle of the night to reception again. No chair in the room other than an old desk chair. Went down for breakfast in the morning- was supposed to come with breakfast- and was told all they had was coffee or a juice. Would definitely recommend staying at any other hotel. Could not wait to get out of this place. Although the gentleman at the reception was polite he did not seem to understand the safety issues of no working phone in the room and was unable or unwilling to find a solution. The whole place had a very rundown feeling.

Staff was not very accommodating. They were unavailable on the phone on several occasions. When finally able to speak with a person, very rude.

Stayed while we were temp out of our house. Nice stay.

Do not book! Reservation was for 5 people, room had 4 tiny pillows, no linens or pillows for the pullout. Stains in bathroom and pullout couch. Needs major renovation not corner cutting band aids, but I think they won’t do them as it appears they have live in people. Property outside is dirty, broken glass, cigarettes and vape pens, I even saw used syringes. Cut my stay to one night. Stay somewhere else to enjoy Albany, closer to the shops looks much nicer

First of all the hotel manager was rude and lost my reservation put me up for one night in a cold, dirty room that they never use switched me rooms the next day, and the entire place was a party at night. Everybody was smoking **** drinking and being loud vagrants all over the parking lot, the rooms were not clean. The mattress was old and completely covered in stains. The bathroom toilet got clogged and the showerhead was sprained everywhere and fell off. I will never stay there again if you can stay anywhere else please do.

Management needs to close this property, phones not working, washing machine in operable. Breakfast was cold coffee and a snack bar. Staff are very rude. After the snow no one cleaned the lot it was a muddy mess.

The hotel is located along the public transportation route and convenient to shopping mall also a short distance to Airport.

The key pad did not work , we had to keep going back and forth to the office for them to fix it. They were renovating the property, they were using spray paint to paint. The smell was killing us in our room, had to leave a day early because of this. I was so disappointed.
