Best of the best. Big rooms with good staff good location near mall

Beside the location which is best for central, all other things are very bad. The carpet in the room never get vacuum. Dust and hair are every where. They stated breakfast included, but when we went for breakfast, there is nothing to eat beside the plain bun. There is no water to drink, etc.. There is a sign on the wall for no smoking, and the waiter or bus boy was having a cigarette in his hand and smoking while clearing table. For the air conditioning in the room, it is central air condition, it is not control by individual room unit by itself. The hotel save money by turning off the air condition in the evening. Our room was at 25 - 26 degree Celsius. We then asked the front desk to switch room after the first night, we thought at first the air condition in our room was broken. They gave us another room, and the same thing happening on the second night. I heard the 2 front desk ladies whisper that one was asking the other what time last night the air condition got shut off. From this, I asked around and found out that the owner of the hotel had declared bankruptcy. This lead to the reason why everything is not going right.

Cool hotel

酒店位置好，購物吃飯方便，房間寬敞高大，但設施老舊，地毯很臟，有煙頭和瓜子皮等，桌面有灰塵。前台服務人員態度極差，上班玩手機，因乘坐電梯需要刷房卡，我便提出需要兩張房卡，遭到生硬地拒絕。房間空調噪音大、温度低。

性價比超高，市中心的位置，樓層很高，我的房間在 20 層，可以俯瞰定州城，價格卻不高，樓下就是蘭州拉麪，停車場的大叔很 nice，前台小姑娘也很好

房間很大，大床房一家三口綽綽有餘，衞生間乾濕分離，就是噴頭水亂滋，建議清理一下，酒店裡博物館和古城都不遠。

價錢合理，房間也不小，衞生也可以 位置離高速不遠，環境也不錯，帶着長者孩子自駕遊適合停留的地方，消費低，

早上八點被工作人員敲門吵醒叫起來退房真的很無語 那我叫起來了 給她開門人又去別的房間了 打電話給前臺訊問才知道敲錯了 我就這麼被喊起來了 阿姨連句解釋和道歉也沒有 本來就對衛生條件很失望了 沒想到還整這麼一出 投訴無門 只能說無法推薦了

房間很大，衞生間與㳤浴間是分離的。

房間衞生乾淨，房間大，床上睡着特別舒適，我住了好久幾天了，本來也是續房了還要接着住，但是今天臨時有事，住不了，我一看訂單核銷了，就打前台電話，前台服務員告訴我兩點前都可以退，然後等我快到兩點了去前台辦理，給我辦理的小姑娘服務態度很好，前台有三個人，有一個説話特別兇，對給我辦理退房那個服務員態度很差，很兇的説話，他説退不了，網上15分鐘以後就退不了了，那誰還沒有點事，本來是想全五星，就沖他這態度，你就算是領導也不能這樣對自己員工，況且客人還在他身邊辦理，我説我明天回來還會住，然後辦理小姑娘説那你把明天訂單訂了吧，一會好交差，為了不難為他我有訂了明天的房間.這麼大酒店，還能這樣做，人家別人家你訂了，晚上六點之前都可以退款，你家為啥不行，怕沒有人住啊，你家酒店真的不差，我住了三天，今天還是想住的，況且11樓洗澡都不用花錢

位置好、房間大？早餐豐富、出行方便！價格也不高我在大世界辦事。剛好就在樓下方便得很。離古城也近得很可以一去。
