Reibungslose Abwicklung, Hotel liegt sehr gut. Super praktisch

Es ist ein kleiner Ort ohne Aufzug und mit wenigen Dingen.

Das Hotel war sauber und hat eine wirklich gute Lage

Die Hotelumgebung ist äußerst schlecht und stimmt überhaupt nicht mit den Fotos überein. Auch im sogenannten Dreibettzimmer gibt es kein Zustellbett und der Platz entspricht dem eines Doppelzimmers. Der Rezeptionist des Hotels verhält sich gegenüber Asiaten und Ausländern offensichtlich unterschiedlich und lässt die Gäste bewusst warten.

Ordentliches, günstiges Hotel in Victoria. Saubere Bettwäsche, Bett, Zimmer usw. Zum richtigen Preis eine tolle Unterkunft.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit, mein Gepäck ist sehr schwer, sie helfen mir sehr freundlich, es zu tragen. Die Wände des Hotels sind etwas alt, und einige Zimmer sind sehr nahe an der Tür, was ein wenig unsicher ist, aber das Frühstück im Hotel ist in Ordnung, und die Lage ist relativ nahe an der U-Bahnstation

Just have in the entire romm 2 plugs and one not working, the location is amazing and the staffs are nice. Just 5 mim walking from vitotia station. The room no open the window and it’s dark and the ar co doens’t work

Reception team were amazing and friendly♡ Overall the room was clean and good size for one person (i had a single room). The only concern was the heating- I was in Lower ground floor and it was quite cold considering the heating was on 31 degrees whole night. Also I would suggest housekeeping team could do more thorough check- phone wasnt working, no hand towel. Will come back :)

Hotel is in a good location but that is really the only positive. We were lucky enough to be on the ground floor so we didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs. However, none of the sockets would work so we had to ask to be given access to another room to charge phones/ do hair etc. The bathroom was lovely can’t complain with that as it is pretty modern but the rooms are in desperate need of a referb as the carpets are shabby looking and the walls could do with a good paint. The air con is also really loud and could hear all the noise from the street so really struggled to sleep. Probably wouldn’t recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget and staying for maximum one night.

Disastrous hotel, service absolutely nil, or what would one call otherwise having reserved AND already paid, and wanting to check in late at night and being shown the door for not having followed the "regulations" while doing the booking. I must assume that the room had already been occupied by someone else and that this was the hotel's "solution" for this minor problem. My advice, plain and simple: stay away there.
