I'm a very frequent traveller. This hotel is a scam. It's listed as 5 star and it doesn't even qualify as 3 star. There is no person to take your luggage up to the room when you arrive and when you decide to check out. The rooms are tiny and barley can fit your suitcase when it is open. The bathroom basins are blocked and i was told that they just need time to drain. The hotel in general smells. Do NOT book, unless you want a really unpleasant stay. As the 5 stars is false advertising.

The location is good, around 10 min walk to Paddington train station, so around 30 min to the Heathrow airport. The hotel is very small, small room, small corridor. No wonder the price is a bit cheaper. doesn't seem to be 4 stars hotel.

Booked for my daughter. No complaints. Was upgraded to a double room. Though tiny it's sufficient for her

Wir hatten das Pech, dass wir die Buchung kurzfristig stornieren mussten. Entgegen der Regeln vom Hotel (" If amended / cancelled after this time, or in case of no show, 100% of first 1 night(s) will be charged.") hat das Hotel ohne Korrespondenz einen deutlich höheren Betrag abgebucht. Auf Emails hat das Hotel noch nie reagiert. Das ist sehr unprofessionell und unfair.

Unser Kurztrip in London war sehr gut, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber etwas klein, was normal ist in London. Mohit und Valee waren sehr aufgestellte Mitarbeiter und haben uns bei der Adressuche geholfen.

Wir waren zu zweit und ursprünglich im Park Grand Paddington Hotel gebucht. Dieses Hotel hatte wegen Umbauarbeiten allerdings geschlossen und wir bekamen im Park Grand London Lancaster Gate um die Ecke ein adäquates Zimmer – und als Benefit das Frühstück gratis on top. Das Hotel ist sauber, schick, gemütlich - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist optimal in der Nähe der Paddington Station (5 Gehminuten) und nahe dem Hyde Park (5 Gehminuten). Eine schöne, ruhige und elegante Wohngegend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ursprünglich waren wir im Park Grand Hotel Paddington Court gebucht. Das Hotel hatte geschlossen, was wir im Vorfeld herausfinden. Wir sind somit auf das Lancaster Gate Hotel umgebucht worden, was auch eine sehr schöne Alternative war. Um die Umstände zu kompensieren, wurde uns ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten. Das Hotel hat ausserdem eine sehr gute Lage und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Had a confirmed booking through agency and reconfirmed it over phone. Upon arrival the already terribly slow receptionist said I should go around the corner to their sister hotel, apparently the hotel I booked had maintanence issues. When I arrived at sister hotel they basically said they didn’t have a room for me. No help in finding another solution (this is 8pm). Very very unreliable - definitely stay away!!! (I ended up paying double in another hotel in the area) my colleague that booked for same day had the same issue!

Purchased a voucher from Wowcher for Ice cream afternoon tea with champagne. Booking was straight forward. When we arrived we were the only people in the restaurant and was told that we were getting traditional afternoon tea instead. Not a good start but what could we do we were there and hungry. The staff were pleasant and friendly and we got our bottle of champagne. When the food came there was no clotted cream! I asked where the clotted cream was and was told they didn’t have any. Clotted cream is shown in all photos of their afternoon teas. We had to ask for butter to put on the mini scones. It was a birthday treat for a friend which we’d traveled to London especially for and was very much looking forward to. It was a shame the hotel didn’t deliver on what had been advertised and having no clotted cream for an afternoon tea is unforgivable!

Good stay, good staff. The room was clean, spacious.the only thing missing is the hair dryer. Check in and chack out was quick. In particular Luka was a really professional and excellet receptionist, always available and ready to help the guests. Will reccomend!
