Die Wahrheit ist, dass das einzige, was ich über dieses Hotel zu sagen habe, eine Beschwerde ist, denn als ich an der Rezeption ankam, hat derjenige, der dort war, nicht einmal nachgeprüft, ob wir eine Reservierung hatten, und Sie direkt später belastet, als ich es ihnen sagte dass ich bereits eine Reservierung hatte und sie bestätigten, dass, wenn wir die Reservierung für die Rückgabe des Geldes vorgenommen hatten, eine Katastrophe war, sie das Geld nicht direkt an mich zurückgeben konnten, die Wahrheit ist, dass es sich für fast £ 86 nicht lohnt. Ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

It was Lovely and clean easy to get to and plenty of things to do in the area. Staff was friendly and will definitely go there again.. Thanks

Me ha gustado mucho, nos tocó habitaciones premium y estaba muy bien solo que mi toalla olía mal, otra cosa que no me gustó fuel el desayuno inglés, que estaba bueno todo menos eso porque había una especie de bacon raro que no se podía ni cortar y apenas se podía comer, lo demás estuvo perfecto, la recepcionista muy maja y muy buen trabajo.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Freundliches Personal, saubere, kleine Zimmer (leider mit sehr wenig Stauraum) und gutes Frühstück. Brixton ist ein nettes Viertel, die Wege zu U-Bahn und Bus sind sehr kurz, ein Pub und ein Cafe sind gleich nebenan. Netter Ort für einen kurzen London-Trip mit Familie!

Ich hätte hier gerne einen weiteren Punkt gegeben, aber für Sehr Gut kann ich das Haus nicht bewerten. Wir hatten im Jänner ein Familienzimmer in diesem Hotel gebucht. Man sollte sich nicht nach den Fotos auf der Homepage richten, auf denen die Zimmer groß aussehen. Zwischen den Betten ist kein Platz. Aber das war uns egal, da wir nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen und die Luft im Zimmer war abgestanden. Die Fenster dichten nicht richtig und so war es auch nass am Fensterbrett. Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer bei unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt nicht ein einziges Mal. Es gab für jeden ein Badetuch. Handtuch war für uns 4 nur eines vorhanden. Der Teppichboden ist so wie in den meisten Hotels nicht sehr hygienisch. Unsere Zimmerkarte funktionierte immer nur einen Tag. Dann mussten wir uns neue holen. Komischerweise war das bei dem anderen Zimmer (Doppelzimmer) nicht der Fall. Nur unsere beiden Karten funktionierten nie. Da die Rezeption aber immer besetzt ist konnten wir immer ins Hotel und auf unser Zimmer. Vom Erdgeschoss kommt man nur mit Karte oder über die Treppe zur Rezeption im 2. Stock. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen ein wichtiger Hinweis. Das Frühstück war traditonell englisch. Einer mags, der Andere nicht. Wir hatten 2 KInder mit und werden es nächstes Mal nicht mitbuchen. Kofferaufbewahrung ist in diesem Hotel möglich und funktioniert sehr gut. Zur Gegend in der sich dieses Hotel befindet muss ich sagen. Es war bestimmt nicht unsere erste Wahl. Das haben wir allerdings erst nachdem wir gebucht haben gesehen. Tagsüber kein Problem. Nachts würde ich dort nicht herumgehen wollen. Die Anbindung ist toll. In 20 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Viele Busse fahren nahe dem Hotel. Die U-Bahnendstation der Victoria Linie befindet sich nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Für einen günstigen Aufenthalt ein gutes Hotel mit einigen Abzügen.

Hi! Our stay was really nice! The people were so nice and welcoming; the room was clean and fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was light and of good quality, covering all the needs related to gluten-free options and allergies. The location is perfect for tourist purposes: wherever you go, it will take you a maximum of 30 minutes. The metro station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Very very comfy beds and clean modern bathroom. Love Premier inn beds and duvets! Heating in our room didn’t work, only blew cold air in our room no matter how high I put the fan/temp. Not great for December! Didn’t complain as we were only there one night, so only used the room to sleep. We were in room 203 right near the entrance to reception. You could hear the key card activated corridor door slam EVERY time someone came and went down the corridor which was really aggravating all night. Otherwise the hotel would’ve been so nice and quiet. As we arrived, a homeless person was lounging in the stairwell, having followed a hotel resident in though the front key swipe door entry system. He didn’t bother us but it did worry me about the security of the hotel for myself and my daughter returning late at night. I mentioned it at check-in to the receptionist who didn’t seem surprised but was apologetic. All this being said, this hotel is great for gigs at the O2 academy as it’s only 5 mins walk away. And there are loads of bars and restaurants right outside.

Pro’s - Extremely comfortable and spacious rooms - Bathroom well equipped with nice toiletries - Incredible sound insulation. Despite being in the centre of Brixton, I couldn’t hear any residual noise. - Friendly staff - Reception with luggage storage was very handy for the next day. - Great location. 8 mins walk from Brixton Academy, right next to the tube and close to lots of shops, clubs and other restaurants so it’s ideal for gigs in Brixton. Cons - None. Not a single thing Things to consider - There wasn’t much of a view. As the hotel is quite small and many of the windows face a very small internal courtyard, do not expect a great view of anything. This didn’t bother me as I wasn’t in the room much apart from to sleep, but it’s just to bear in mind. Overall the hotel was great and certainly one of Premier Inn’s best. I also upgraded to a super room which I would highly recommend, as the extras are well worth it and the lighting is superb. If you’re visiting Brixton for a gig at the academy or for any other reason, I could not rate this place highly enough.

Comfortable bed as expected of Premier Inn. This in has poor basic wifi, no USB charging points in the room, lacks any atmosphere in the Thyme bar/restaurant and is overall a bit dated. The breakfast (usually dependable at Premier Inn) was hopeless - no cooked option, no orange juice, and no butter or indeed any other spread on our first morning. It didn't look very appealing the next day, so we went out.

Mattress lived up to what I’ve come to expect from Premier, ie excellent. We stayed a week and slept well every night. The room was clean and a bit bigger than other Premier rooms I’ve stayed in, which was nice, not spending all week climbing over suitcases. The staff were more pleasant than some Premiers I’ve stayed in; the room was cleaned promptly on request without any grumbling. There was always hot water and everlasting liquid soap, which I have known to run out in some Premiers but in Brixton they kept it topped up. I would stay there again without hesitation. In fact, I wanted to book over new year but sadly there is no availability as I was too late. My only gripe is the rationing of milk for in-room tea. There were endless tea bags but the only way to get milk was to ask - none on display - and each time we only got two, which is only enough for my wife’s tea, leaving me with none.

Very disappointed in my stay here, from day one 3/4 of the menu crossed out, stating National shortage, and last night said we can only offer fish and chips, and today no chef for breakfast, hopefully change in New Year as back again, and i do not wish this to still be happening.
