Very nice for business trip

The Hyatt Regency sets the standard for hospitality in Guiyang—perhaps in all of China. Definitely one of my best hotel stays ever in a decade of traveling China. Brand new facilities, top notch staff, and right next door to a stunning park. If you like running, I highly recommend the running park in the urban park behind the hotel—absolutely stunning urban running (see the photos below) 🏃🏽‍♂️Can’t go wrong staying here if you are in Guiyang 💯

Many, many thanks to Carl and Harris… Two outstanding managers; they made everything just seem effortless. The cleaning staff was very attentive and prompt and kind. I was so impressed. This is probably one of the best hotel customer service experiences I’ve ever had in China.

The best five-star hotel in Guiyang has been open for more than ten years, and its appearance is amazing. Standing by Guanshan lake, the service is first-class, and I feel the enthusiasm of Guiyang people. On my friend's birthday, the hotel specially prepared surprise room layout, afternoon tea, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, comfortable environment and complete dishes. Because of a lot of luggage, my colleagues in the concierge department helped me carry my luggage several times. When I left, my sister at the front desk borrowed a power supply for me because my mobile phone was broken. When I first wrote a comment, I was moved and warm by my colleagues and friends at Hyatt Guiyang. Thank Christine, Fanny and all my colleagues for their hard work. I suggest you, especially after 00 o'clock, stay in Hyatt Regent Hotel and cancel all family accommodation and online red hotel. First class experience. 贵阳最好的五星级酒店，开业十几年，外观惊艳驻立在观山湖畔，服务一流，感受到贵阳人满满的热情。朋友的生日，酒店特意准备了惊喜的客房布置，下午茶，中餐厅，西餐厅，环境舒适，菜品齐备。因为行李比较多，礼宾部同事几次帮我提行李，临走的时候，因为手机没电，前台的小姐姐特意帮我借了充电宝。第一次写评论，是被贵阳凯悦酒店的同事朋友们感动温暖。感谢Kristine和Fanny以及所有同事的辛苦付出，建议大家，尤其是00后一定要住一次凯悦酒店，秒杀所有民宿和网红酒店。体验感一流。

The staff was very friendly and helped us at any time. The hotel is located in the newer part of the city, you often need to travel by taxi or metro to go to the most attractions.

服務很不錯，Check in的時候跟小何小姐姐説忘記帶卸粧油，她幫我找了卸粧濕巾；離店還幫我寄落在酒店的充電器，感謝可愛的人增添旅途中的温暖。

為看火星演唱會選擇觀山湖邊的中天凱悦酒店，位置很好，周圍美食眾多，二樓可以直通公園去到演唱會檢票口，酒店設計中規中矩，有年代感，房間水是農夫山泉，因為國慶假期加上演唱會價格比平時高不少，性價比不高，服務還是熱情的，雖然貴陽這幾天氣温低，中央空調不能製冷，房間非常悶熱，沒睡好覺。

貴陽中天凱悦酒店這裏非常漂亮，風景很好，房間舒適，前台服務也非常好，去看火星演唱會來的，就在附近民族廣場，位置特別好特別棒，尤其感謝前台小悦，小何，小甘，小玲的優質服務，都穿着民族服飾很有民族感，期待下次有機會，一定還會再來這裏！

大堂非常氣派，高級，房間有淡淡的清香，這很難得的，空調也早調到舒適的温度。周邊是觀山湖公園、會展中心，周邊環境非常好，酒店二樓有到公園的通道。服務也不錯，前台小何、小候服務周到。下次有機會還會來住。

酒店大氣，環境衞生非常好，服務到位温馨，有優美雅緻的觀山湖環抱，餐廳提供的美味佳餚，天上飛的，地上跑的，海里遊的，要有盡有的山珍海味與各種國內外美酒。

凱悦一直是出行的穩妥選擇，這次在貴陽也不例外。房間和服務保持了一如既往的水準，接待的員工小侯一直很熱情服務也很周到。下次來貴陽還會選擇。

參加數博會來到貴陽，酒店離會場超近，十分方便！酒店附近貴陽特色小吃也非常多，才有機會在會議間歇體驗酸湯牛肉等美食。因為參會人員特多，前台很繁忙，非常感謝前台小吳對我遇到的問題給予耐心解答和及時嗯處理，很感激！非常難忘的一次出行，謝謝！
