Sehr nette Begrüßung, das Personal insgesamt ist sehr freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert. Wir haben unser Zimmer in der gewünschten Lage (oberste Etage, möglichst weit entfernt vom Fahrstuhl) erhalten. Das Hotel insgesamt ist total sauber, gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend und einfach zum wohlfühlen. Reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück vom Buffet, Eierspeisen nach Wunsch, alles schön fürs Auge und appetitlich angerichtet. Wir hatten keine Halbpension gebucht, waren einmal zum Dinner. Auch das war wirklich lecker bei einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder auswählen - insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung und gute Wahl. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Partymeile, davon bekommt innen relativ wenig mit. Auch im Zimmer in der obersten Etage (6.) konnten wir gut und entspannt schlafen.

das hotel liegt zentral. der hoteleingang eher unauffällig. sehr zuvorkommende reception und schickes hotel. die hotelhalle/bar wirkt aber etwas zu hell und kalt.das frühstück und die mitarbeiter sind sehr gut,und freundlich. ich fand den spa bereich sehr schön,und auch den pool am eingang,der alternativ schön schattig ist.die roofbar ist auch top. ich hatte ein kleines zimmer.leider wurde es nicht regelmässig gereinigt...

Lovely hotel. Staff are all so nice and helpful. Very clean, maids go above and beyond. Room left so fresh and clean everyday. Clean towels everyday. Reception staff really helpful, our transfere was not on the notice board, I tried calling no joy, spoke in Spanish then English but I really couldn't make out what they said. The girl on reception was on it straight away and got all sorted. Very approachable staff in all departments. Food was good to, as one of my friends is so so picky.You will not go hungry, good variety. Heard people complain..... Come on, you wouldn't be having 2 meats and fish at home as well as salad and soup. Plus there is a snack bar with crisps and icecream, burger and hotdog and sandwiches, nuts etc. The drink was spot on to. Would definately go back. Only complaints are no music around the pool area, no one comes out to tell you abt bingo etc at pool area and the toilets, having to go down stairs. I still had an amazing holiday at Villa Garbi Park with my 2 friends and will defo go back.

August 2022. In Erinnerung an Algria Santa Cristina (der vollständige Name dieses Hotels vor der Übertragung der Immobilie) reservierte es wieder. So die Unterschiede: das Konzept veränderte sich auf den Jugendferien. In der Praxis ist es eine Organisation auf dem Dach und ein wahrer Boden anstelle eines Fitnessraums und einer Sonnenbadfläche für die Bar. Daher wurde der Hintergrund am Abend viel lauter. Die Küche war ein wenig vereinfacht. Es gab eine Einzahlung (obwohl, da die UnionPay-Karte nicht akzeptiert wurde, wir nicht bezahlt). Andere Vorteile: Lage, Reinheit, Service, Komfort.

Wir waren Anfang Juli 2024 in dem Hotel, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Wir haben all-inclusive gebucht, dazu gehören gratis Getränke und Eis an der Bar in der Lobby und gratis Essen an der Snack Bar. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich, den Safe kauft man sich für 24 Euro plus Pfand. Wir hatten von dem Balkon einen schönen Blick auf den Poolbereich und das Meer. Das Essen im Restaurant hat lecker geschmeckt und es gab jeden Tag was Neues. Der Pool und der Spabereich waren sauber, der Pool war angenehm kühl. Es gab jeden Tag Unterhaltung am Pool, und auch Abends ein kleines Event in der Lobby des Hotels wie bspw. eine Zaubershow oder live Gesang. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Daria an der Rezeption, Lisa an der Bar, und Robert im Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

I had an exceptional stay at Petit Palau during five days recently. The whole staff was friendly, sincere and always welcoming, including the breakfast and cleaning personnel. There are many things to praise, but a few things deserve to be highlighted. First of all the bed, it was fantastic, super comfortable! The shower was modern and had a luxurious touch to it. The overall cleanliness of the hotel should be mentioned, it was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was varied, delicious and healthy with an assortment of fresh fruits and local produce in addition to all else that was included. Lastly, since Blanes was blessed with warm, sunny spring weather during my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying it from my private 6th floor balcony with rooftop views! This hotel is basic yet suited us. Nice choice for breakfast but found we wanted a change as the week went on. The rooms are modern and clean. We had a balcony. The cleaners did a great job each day. Very close to all restaurants and the beach. The pool is very small but that didn’t bother us as we went to beach every day. Would recommend this hotel.

Ich mochte das Hotel so sehr. Ich war so beeindruckt, weil ich nichts erwartet hatte, aber das Hotel war wirklich gut! Ich hatte 3 Nächte und es war ein erstaunlicher Aufenthalt für mich. Ich habe mich entschieden, meinen Geburtstag in Tossa zu verbringen. Das Hotel bietet (dank dem Jungen an der Rezeption; Ihre Pflege ist sehr geschätzt) ein wirklich gutes Zimmer mit einem schönen Gartenblick. Es gibt eine große und schöne Magnolia wächst dort. Das Hotel gab mir ein Geburtstagsgeschenk. Es war eine kleine Flasche Cava. Mmm. Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit. Es war so nett von Ihrer Seite. Das Zimmer war groß mit dem perfekten Kingsize-Bett. Ich hatte jeden Tag einen Reinigungsservice! Das Frühstück war so schmackhaft und es war eine richtige Entscheidung, es in meinen Aufenthalt aufzunehmen. Das Hotel ist überall sauber. Es gibt einige Malereien und schöne Dinge auf den Wänden hängen. Außerdem gibt es einen Schwimmbad auf dem 4. Stock. Ich schließe ein Foto. Die Atmosphäre ist so entspannt. Es gibt eine Bar. Sie können sich in der Pool ein bisschen Zeit mit Sonnenbad, Bücher mit Cocktails lesen! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Ihren Aufenthalt! We are currently staying at the Beverly Park Hotel and Spa. Let me just say that this is our 4th stay here over the past 5 years and we have loved it every time. So when the borders reopened after covid, naturally we couldn't wait to come back. I'm sad to say that things have changed, and not for the better. First things first: When we arrived check in was easy and we were given a beautiful pool view room... The cleaning ladies are brilliant and room is made up every day without fail. The hotel is stunning and we noticed a new addition if the kids pool which is lovely. However....... The hotel has a issue with people hogging/reserving sunbeds, often for hours with no one using them... There is no where near enough beds to go round for everyone given the numbers here currently so why is the management allowing this??? If you are not down on a sunbed by 9.30am then you can forget getting a sunbed. The management should do a 45 minute rule.. If you are not on that bed for 45 minutes, your towel should be removed to allow someone else the chance to use it. The management is allowing selfishness and its not fair. Secondly: the hotel is geared towards a certain clientèle .... The French. Hardly any staff speak English here but do speak French, and if you are English you are often ignored. The food labels in the dinning Hall are in Spanish and have no translation... Asking someone for translation is pointless as they just look at you blankly. The food is hit and miss now, breakfast is often the best meal time here in terms of variety. We also had an incident whereby my partner was sat at a dinner table waiting for me and a older French male sat down with him and refused to move as he wanted that table....there was other tables free but because he wanted THAT specific table he refused to move. My partner ended up arguing with him. His wife turned up, saw what her husband had done and shouted at him and walked away.. Leaving her husband there refusing to move. I arrived, saw what happened and decided to just move... No point arguing over a table. The point was a staff member witnessed the whole thing and didn't interject at all... Just shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say the whole experience here has been okay but tinged with moments of problems and frustration. We won't be coming back which is a shame as this place held fond memories.
