Ideal location. For the price cannot fault this hotel. Nothing was to much to ask from every member of staff, always available to help. Room cleaned regularly and always found something to eat. Politeness and thank you does go a long way. Thank you acapulco

Reception was friendly and helpful.The male bartender was very unpleasant. Breakfast was average, coffee terrible. Cafes, shops next to the hotel. Unfortunately, the pool is quite cold. Not recommended for families with children. The biggest problem is people who put their towels on a chair by the pool and leave for the day. Rats by the pool were also a nuisance. Otherwise, the hotel is very cozy. Price 7,5/10, Location 8.8/10, Room 7.9/10, Services 7.5/10, Cleanliness 8/10, Breakfast 7/10, Coffee 5/10, Wifi 8.5/10, Bed 7,5/10. We visited the hotel for 4 nights in mid-September. I had done online check-in in advance, which is a really good service. Check in was very quick then. There was a man at the reception desk who was friendly, and welcomed us. The room we stayed in was comfortable with three separate beds. The balcony was a great, and huge, and a nice view towards the pool area, and bit street view as well. The best thing about The room was huge balcony we loved it. We had half board. The breakfast was super delicious. You can eat outside terrace or inside the restaurant. We had special diets. For celiacs, the restaurant has its own menu where you can see what you would like to eat for dinner, there were also a few lactose-free options. All the restaurant staff were so friendly. Special thanks to the woman who took care ,and showed what is gluten-free food in the dinner buffet, Great service and always every day great smile,many greetings to her Personally would have liked more lactose-free options,especially for desserts when almost everything contained milk. The pool area was small but very cozy. The hot tub was a big plus, Liked very much. the location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, and only about 5-minute walk to the bus station. The hotel also has its own grocery store, which is a really good service. hotel's lobby, and lounge areas were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Acapulco Lloret de mar. We definitely want to come again,Muchas Gracias!!

Just back from a week at this hotel, after seeing a review a few weeks back we were going to change the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, clean towels everyday Shane no glasses for drinks in room etc. Pool area we never struggled for a sun bed but it was September so in the height of summer, perhaps not enough. The sun doesn’t come over pool until 11/11.30 ish so but of a wait, plus when it does only 4 parasols !. The bar staff there is some grumpy ones, they shouldn’t be grumpy with what they charge, drinks are expensive in the hotel. Breakfast always a good selection no matter what time we went in for food. Now the room walls are extremely thin, and even though we went September some party animals still about who think nothing too coming in a 4 am sitting on balcony still drinking having a blazing argument and start throwing furniture about the room and constantly bagging doors! Couldn’t report it as no idea to get in touch with reception. This happened 3 consecutive nights out of the 7! The area is right at the end of the road into main lloret de mar so bit of a walk into the main area, now this area we thought was fine however, a woman ended with her hand in my backside when she tried to pick pocket my handbag and I moved slightly so that’s too be warned about. Couldn’t understand why a security guard is on 24hours a day perhaps it is the area. We didn’t get told checkout time when we arrived, asked it was asked what our room number was ! And then told 10 am, while we were sat in reception others were checking out at 11am and 12am it’s seems brits are told 10am and other nationalities different times because none of the later checkouts were British? All in all not a bad stay would I go back probably not to be honest just because a few gripes

The Acapulco is a tranquil oasis in the heart of Lloret de Mar with a charm and perosnality that owes a lot to its attentive staff and family run values. I loved reading the 50 plus year family history of the hotel in the lobby. I recently stayed for 4 nights on a business trip and found the location perfect for me. The receception and communal areas are very impressive and the relaxed enviroment it provides with its gardens and pool area opening directly into the reception/lobby made me feel like I was in a bubble of tranquility. I found the staff helpful with local knowledge and advice when i needed it and they booked me some welness treatments when I enquired. Very impressed and I'll stay again and recommend to friends.

Stopped in the hotel Acapulco on business last week on business. Hotel is fantastic in terms of location , nothing was too much trouble with the staff always available and always keen to assist . Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and very tasty . Rooms were spacious and well equipped . Will be staying here again next time I’m in town . Well done Damia / Sergio and the rest of the team

Stayed here for 4 nights , beds very hard so struggled to sleep , rooms spotless , hotel very clean , food was nice , pool area small and sunbeds to close together , outside hotel lots of shops , bars etc and beautiful beach about ten minute walk , all in all enjoyed my stay bout wouldnt go back

Firstly this hotel is not a 4 star, 3 star. Fridge in room did not work, no glass in bathroom for toothbrush etc, we had to ask for our bed linen to be changed after the 5th night, lighting in room very poor. Reception staff not friendly, we paid a €10 deposit for the use of an iron which was broken, took back to reception only to be told they didn't know where the other iron was, surely they should have more than two?,we did get our €10 back. we ended up going to a local store and buying our own.restaurant staff were very good and a big shout out to Jana who was lovely and a great asset to this hotel.But the food was mediocre,very much the same every day.This hotel only really caters for the French and Spanish. We will not return.

Very good hotel in a good location,shops nearby close to the beach and bus station. we stayed in a superior room although we had sunloungers ,a couple of chairs would have been welcome . I note that others have said about the lack of english channels on the tv the hotel has failed to address this matter . but overall we loved the hotel ,staff great especially in the restaurant will return
