Just back from 7 nights in the hotel I was reluctant to go after reading the horror stories about the hotel. My post is honest and will most likely not be liked by some people but it is what it is. We arrived after 8pm last Friday night staff were friendly and polite we were given rooms in the top hotel room was basic but clean. They cleaned the room every morning lovely friendly ladies to fresh towels and new toilet rolls put in the bathroom every day also. Food was variety but repetitive but we always found enough to fill our tummies after the day of walking and sight seeing. Pools were busy but still room for everyone to find a place to sit. We had a great week and we will return at some point. My only issues are the walls are paper thin to the extent that you almost think that ur neighbours are in your room as you can HEAR each others conversations which also then means your neighbours can even HEAR you use the bathroom. Which means your neighbours will HEAR everything that goes on in your room and I must say that my neighbour had no respect for her neighbours so Mona we call you that and other couples you really should be more respectful for others in ur neighbouring rooms it's embarrassing 😳 Also the rooms and hotel could do with updating I read everyone's reviews and to be honest if you sit and think logically it's not the staff that wreck and break the things in the rooms or other things it's the guests it's a very cheap and cheerful holiday if you want to make it that you only use the room to wash and sleep its a 3 star budget holiday if you want more pay more and quit complaining your not going to get the hilton for £200 a week all inclusive. Be respectful and enjoy your stay I did 😀😃

So for my first solo holiday and first trip abroad for over 15 years, I decided to go cheap! So the cheapest 4 night all inclusive package that On the Beach had when I booked was this hotel. Let me start by saying my experience of the staff was very good, they were all very freindly and accommodating, I know very little Spanish and they were very patient and spoke excellent English. The cleaners were very good and kept the room with fresh towels and made beds every day. The food is what you expect from a cheap all inclusive, it's cheap! I read some other reviews and am not sure what these people were expecting. You are saving yourself paying 10 to 20 euros for each meal at local restaurants, and get all your drinks free as well for what is a very small fee in comparison to the bed and breakfast rate. The let down is definately the noise of other guests. The unfortunate thing with all inclusive hotels is that people just drink too much! There were a group of French youths who were lumping around the hotel and being very loud in thier rooms until at least 4am every night meaning I didn't get a lot of sleep. Not just them, there were also some English couples who clearly shouldn't have thier children with them as they were getting drunk from the moment the bar opened until it closed, swearing continuously and loudly and had no respect for the staff or other hotel users. If you are just after a cheap holiday and want to get drunk and don't have any kids with you then I would day this is your ideal holiday, but for families and those who want a nice quiet holiday then look elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst hotel ever stayed at Extremely noisy. Asked to be moved but we're told it's full. Staff NOT friendly. Entertainment was a disco every other night .it was just like sitting in a cafe. Food was edible not a good deal of choice.walls thin you could hear every little noise. Had to go buy ear plugs . NEVER EVER recommend anyone stay there it's put us off a cheap all inclusive holiday . WASTE OF MONEY it should be taken off holiday listings

We stayed here for 5 days. It was a very noisy hotel, and definitely not recommended for families. The pool and surrounding area were too small for the number of guests. Food was often luke warm at best. Very disturbed nights sleep as some guests were very loud. Other reviews say the same thing. We would never come back here again.

Firstly staff were very friendly and helpful. I was 100% sure when booking that I'd booked the main hotel, but on arrival at the main hotel I was told I was in the sister hotel just up the road . I asked would he double check for me but he insisted no it's up the road. So make sure it's the main hotel you are booking. If I had known what the other place was like I would have changed hotel🙄 Rooms were small, but clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Food was ok but I only had breakfast and dinner once. I didn't use the pool in Hawaii but went to the main hotel pool as it's much quieter. I don't usually write bad reviews as I like to see the positives of places, but unfortunately I wouldn't return.....

We came here with an open mind having read mixed reviews, we wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel just a cheap break for a week, generally not a massive issue with the hotel or staff, but we was hoping to be put in the lower hotel not the one up the hill, but unfortunately upon arriving we were sent up the hill, first impressions not great tables out front full of rubbish and cigarette butts, and the smell of ****, booked in ok, disappointed with the room that had the smell of stale cigarette smoke, opened the patio doors to smell **** and fresh cigarette smoke from either side of our balcony. Yes the other reviews are correct the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other rooms and down the corridors. The food was pleasant enough and what we expected for what we paid! But as mentioned on other reviews plenty of places to eat out! The small pool and bar area is that! tiny with limited spaces, the outside front area patio could be nicer if cleaned more regular, but lack of staff to carry out! With a lot of drunken people mainly Brits. Embarrassingly a lot of Brits daily spoiled other peoples holidays by drinking excessive alcohol, being rude to staff and other guests, with at least 3 visits by local police within a week, plus shouting in the dinning hall and in the bar and down the corridors of the rooms! Embarrassed to be a Brit, I’m no kill joy and love a good night out but some of the guests have no respect for themselves other guests or staff! This is certainly not somewhere I would stay again and personally don’t think I would stay in a Bluesea Hotel Again! To top it off you have to pay for a TV remote, glasses for drinks although only a deposit! And have the pleasure listening to drunken Brits arguing and playing loud music every night, not a place for a quiet break or somewhere to bring the family!
