I cannot commend this place enough. A fantastic stay. The hosts were so attentive from the moment we arrived to when we left. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in Room 3 which had a glorious view across the bay and the room itself was top class, super comfy bed. Breakfast was second to none and really well organised. No waiting around and Hao even provided us with a taster of a traditional Chinese breakfast and this was after I had only mentioned in passing the night before, that I had smelt something different in the dining room. Licensed too so we finished the evenings with a couple of drinks in the lounge enjoying the great company of Brian and Hao. A top class establishment that I would recommend to anyone if you are thinking of staying in Llandudno. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Brian, Hao and all at the View.

Thank you to Brian and team for the warm welcome and lovely stay with you. Well appointed room with superb view of the bay. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. Loved the full size luxury toiletries. Can’t wait to visit in the summer month to sit on the terrace amongst all the flowers and plants whilst sipping a gin and tonic whilst taking in that view again. Well done everyone. We found this place on *********** and it was one of the most reasonably priced in the area . The area it’s self is fantastic , has local Entertainment, good nights out , fantastic restaurants and is an all round amazing Victorian style seaside town , so pretty and well kept. We could not have picked a better place to stay . Large garden terrace on arrival was fab with amazing views over the bay ! Lovely sitting lounge and honestly bar which I have never seen before in a guest house , it’s such a lovely idea. Extensive choices for breakfast! All the small touches in the place just make it amazing! Helpful leaflets, maps . We didn’t have a room with a view but that didn’t matter. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times ! We just felt really welcome . Will definitely return here again !

Lovely guest house 2nd time staying here staff are friendly they have a honesty bar rooms are clean and tidy breakfast is good you choose what you want the day before and I've also booked in here again for next year

Stayed here a few times & can’t fault anything it’s spotlessly clean & very comfy bed with nice fluffy towels & bathrobes hosts are always on hand if you need anything & you can always have a laugh with them. Honesty bar is brilliant very well stocked & always plenty of ice & breakfast is absolutely amazing & plenty of it poached eggs are really nice & porridge is good too with plenty of tea & coffee on offer perfect stay with a fantastic view 👍😀😉🤗

Fabulous setting. Awesome room. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend, but not if you have an issue climbing stairs and an inclined ramp to the front door. But once in there is an elevator.

The room are so clean, and the people so friendly,we had amazing time.
But the showroom was not so good,as there shower hose very low pressure which takes ages to get shower and also the bed not so comfy.
Party from that the view was stunning from our bedroom , everything is walking distance bar restaurants and the beach.
