整體還可以，位置不錯方便，免費寄存行李，很安全，服務員態度也很好，感覺假期還是漲價了，以後要提前訂酒店

非常不錯的酒店，就是停車費太貴了，17歐，心疼。

地理位置不錯，去自由大道逛街以及去英國宮都挺方便的 前台服務不錯，早上還幫忙叫車去車站 房間整體比較小，類似於漢庭水準 衞生間尤其小，淋浴室的門推拉很困難，淋浴室小到轉身都難，最要命的是水龍頭的水温，不動它都忽冷忽熱，稍微一調整要麼巨燙要麼就很冷，設施老舊

酒店地理位置特別好，在市中心大公園的邊上，周圍都是大型酒店，聖誕期間很多裝飾燈在周圍的道路上，公園裡麪，很漂亮。

酒店地理位置優越，服務人員熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔衞生，早餐非常豐盛美味！住宿體驗非常棒！期待再次入住！

In allen Belangen sehr empfehlenswertes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage. Schöne, komfortable und saubere Zimmer. Freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, insbesondere an der Rezeption. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet von sehr guter Qualität.

Das Hotel ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Stadtreise. Ich war davor schon 3 Mal in Lissabon in diversen Hotels, dieses hat eine perfekte Lage. Nur 1 Minute bis zum U-Bahn und man ist direkt im Zentrum, oder mal fährt zum Zoo oder wo anders hin. Man kann auch Büsse verwenden, wobei U-Bahn viel schneller ist. Man kann auch gemütlich zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen, das ist auch sehr schnell. Nach dem Ausgang rechts bergab gibt es ein Mini-Supermarket, wo man Wasser kaufen kann. Notfalls gibt es auch ein Automat direkt im Hotel, da ist es aber teuer. Das Frühstück war der lecker! Das Zimmer hatte auch alles nötige. Wenn man einen Gartenblick hat und das Fenster in der Früh aufmacht, hört man viele Vögel quetschen. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Danke!

Fantastic staff, very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and saying as it was close to such a large busy roundabout it was remarkably quiet. We booked breakfasts on arrival, cheaper than doing it through the UK travel agency, and that was a good decision as the breakfasts were superb. I would certainly recommend the Fenix Garden and will book it again when we return to Lisbon.

We used this hotel as our base in Lisbon for four days before collecting a rental car and heading north. It was very easy to reach from the airport using the Metro. The Marques de Pombal station is only a very short walk away from the hotel. Check in was smooth and efficient. I had made the reservation several months ago, taking advantage of a special offer, so we had an excellent room on the 7th floor with a fine view overlooking Parque Eduardo VII (and the endless traffic around the massive roundabout). Apart from the emergency vehicles, traffic noise generally was not a problem. The room was spotless with good storage, although the little round handles on the wardrobe doors were frustratingly hard to grasp! Breakfast was plentiful with a good range of choices. The hotel does not serve evening meals, but on our first night we were easily accommodated in the restaurant of the HF Lisboa Hotel just around the corner. This hotel gave us a smooth and comfortable start to our travels into Northern Portugal.

Our arrival/greeting was very good. Very funny & amusing as I met my "second wife" lily. She was very funny and made us so welcome. She is an asset to your hotel. We booked as a two couples but we in different floors which was a shame. Rooms were clean, great shower and beds comfortable. The breakfast was really good. With scrambled egg, bacon and beans being the hot options. But plenty other delights. No bar. The hotel is sandwiched between 2 sister hotels the HFlisboa and HFmusic. The music hf has a roof top bar with limited choices, the most luxurious was the HFlisboa. That had a lovely bar area. If we come back to lisbon we would certainly consider the HFgarden again

The hotel staff were very helpful and the facilities were good. It was very clean and the breakfast had a good selection. The bar wasn’t open whilst we were there but Fenix Music, next door has a bar in the reception area; the service there wasn’t brilliant. You can use the facilities of the other sister hotels nearby but as the weather wasn’t warm enough we didn’t experience the pool. It’s a great 3 star hotel that I’m happy to recommend; a half hour stroll down the main street to the river.

Great hotel, and value for money. Top of Avenue de liberte, walk of about 20mins into heart of city. Rooms large, big bed. Good size bathroom with powerful shower. Definitely would stay here again.

Had an excellent week staying at this lovely hotel. Room serviced every day, clean towels everyday, beds changed during our stay. Comfortable big beds, pillows Comfortable too. Spotlessly clean, staff friendly, and helpful. Checking in and checking out were quick. Close to public transport, buses and metro station. Depending on how fast you walk or which route you take, about 20 minutes walk to downtown Lisbon, further 10 minutes to the main square. Bolt taxis reasonably cheap and fast way of getting around. Definitely would stay again.

An excellent short weekend stay. Very good location within minutes of metro station and easy to get around the whole city. Only 30 mins from airport. Easy check in and out. Lovely large size with room with all amenities, excellent shower and WiFi.
