1 minute to metro station, many restaurant, very convenience but the room facilities seem old

Great stay - would choose to stay again. MRT is right next to the hotel and centrally located to many attractions, within walking distance.

Great location in the city center, right at the exit of Dongmen metro station. Stayed in this hotel 3 times. Rooms are small, but cozy and clean. Stuff very friendly and helpful. There's a convenience store right in front of the entrance to hotel, 2 mins walk. Breakfast consists of mostly Chinese dishes. If you prefer western breakfast, better eat out. Recommend this hotel!

Very well located, next to the meteor station, but the room is toooo small for the price.

The hotel a bit old, the carpet a bit dirty and the room dark but location was excellent

A nice hotel, clean and perfect location. Also full of nice places nearby.

The front desk was great- check in and check out were easy peasy and when I called to report a problem with the toilet, they took care of it immediately and were very friendly. The location is great. One thing that I didn't like was that the walls are not thick, so I heard the guests next door cackling and screaming in the afternoon. They quieted down at night when I got back though. I feel like if I had called the front desk they would have taken care of it, but just the fact that I was able to hear the people next door makes me take away a few points in the overall score. I hope the hotel can find a way to reinforce the walls between the rooms because otherwise it would have been an excellent stay.

It delivers on many different levels by providing excellent customer service, facilities, and attention to detail. I had the chance to stay one nights in this location for a university event and was impressed by the welcome given by each team in organizing and assisting with special requests.

Next time we come back will book this hotel again
