The toilet flush didn't work well when I took the room n the receptionist was very helpful. I got a change to another room in half an hour. The room is very big n comfortable. I especially like the design of the night light n the light at the entrance. When we leave the room n take out the key, the entrance light is turned on automatically. I haven't experienced this kind of customers-oriented design elsewhere in the world. Besides, the staff were helpfu, the gym was out of expectations nice n big n with enough facilities. The service at the footcare center was wonderful too. I wanted to compliment the honesty and integrity of their staff too. My daughter totally forgot her iPhone charger after we checked out. Their staff initially called me and arranged our pick-up.

What a beautiful Hotel and an fantastic location. The rooms are AMAZING! The service was truly amazing! Mr Garry (A world class front house member of the hotel was extremely helpful and professional in every way ) I highly recommend you ask for him just to say hello. The bath tub in my room was so beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the lay room of the rooms are glorious. The hotel is super large with 2 swimming pools and a super cool gym. Breakfast was delicious- for me served on the 41st Floor fit for a prince and princess. Overall experience - - true 5 star hotel with a 10 star experience. Thank you Regal hotel for making a British man happy.

Regal is the best hotel in Houjie. If you are travelling for business or holiday there is no point looking anywhere else. Good service, food, and comfortable rooms which are much larger than other hotels. Recommend booking Queen room on level 41+

Upgraded to bigger room. The hotel is still well maintained and just like my last stay 3 years ago. Customer service manager, Gary, is very friendly and takes good care of me.
