The room was described as small but was plenty large for 2. Had private bathroom with shower and tub and the best water pressure ever! Room was basic, no frills, however, was very clean. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price.

Very friendly staff, good value for the room, the only thing I would say on the negative side is that it could do with better sound insulation...you get to hear everything the neighbours are doing ...although you may not nesc consider that a negative!!

I booked a room for myself and my daughters at Hotel Italia on September 16th for 3 days costing 556 euros. I arrived at the German airport to fly there and because of an air strike by traffic controllers in France, all flights over French air space were cancelled. I called the hotel and asked them if I could just pay one night and have the rest of the trip refunded and they refused and the manager who I spoke with was rude and inflexible. Seeing that it was out of my control, they should have created a more receptive response. We live in unpredictable times. DO NOT book this hotel unless you can afford to pay your entire booking in the case of an emergency out side of your control. You will NOT get your money back. I will never use this hotel again!

LOUD. This is a LOUD hotel. You can hear every footstep in the hallway. My room was above the lobby and I could hear the staff. It seemed they often talked amongst themselves. Twice I asked them to please quiet down so I could relax and work. They seemed to ignore me. I’ve never asked hotel staff to be quiet before. Not their fault entirely, the design is poor.
Great location. Decent price. Room was okay, but the interior room did not have the light promised in the rooms shown online. Kebab Land around the corner is legit, so is Fu Shin Chinese food. There is a nice park nearby with a museum (the Calouste Gulbenkian foundation).
I don’t regret it, but I didn’t extend my stay.
