This hotel is in a brilliant location. We walked everywhere but you can get the tram and bus just outside. The metro is very efficient and 5 minutes away.
The hotel is very clean and they provide water and coffee in your room. The shower was efficient. The room was quirky but fine for 5 nights. We had a high floor and slept well. Staff are very helpful and welcoming .
We had breakfast twice in the hotel and it was fresh and plentiful and reasonably priced for the area.
The bathroom didn’t have a window and the fan did not seem to work but we were out all day and left the bedroom window open which seemed to help.
I would recommend this hotel to others.

Good location. Staffs are helpful and friendly makes you feel welcome. Very helpful to assist and recommend finding ride to the airport. Breakfast not bad at all.

great location, friendly staff, lobby is clean and comfortable. We checked in earlier, the front dest staff kindly stored our luggages, and transferred the luggage to our room when we returned to the hotel.

What a great hotel in the heart of Lisbon old town. Luis and all the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful, giving us directions and restaurant suggestions. Mohammed makes the best cappuccino! The hotel is safe, clean, quiet and within walking distance to so many Lisbon landmarks. We hopped on the Tram 28 out the front door. I think this is the best location in Lisbon if you enjoy sightseeing and walking around the city or hopping on public transport.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags in the morning of our first day there and when we returned in the afternoon to check in, our bags had already been transferred to our rooms. The staff also helped us book a tour to Sintra. The breakfast staff was also friendly and provided excellent service. Great location - within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and sights, with a tram stop just down the street. Clean room with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, tasty breakfast buffet, great service.

The staff member were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Provided me with information about popular attractions and ways to commute there. Breakfast is included and taste good. Different choices of coffee. The location is very convenient to attractions and metro station. Lots of choices of food in the area.
