Gutes Hotel! Meine Mutter und ich waren für eine 4 tägige Städtereise in Prag und uns hat das Hotel gut gefallen! Es war weder laut noch schmutzig oder sonst was Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Kleines aber feines Hotelzimmer im modernen Stil! Sehr schlicht und einfach gehalten Die Innenstadt ist zwar 6km entfernt aber die U-Bahn Station ist vielleicht 200m vom Hotel entfernt, weshalb die Entfernung zur Innenstadt kein Problem darstellt, außer man möchte die 20min U-Bahnfahrt nicht auf sich nehmen! Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war das Frühstück, denn zum einen ist der Frühstücksraum nicht gerade schön und auch nicht gemütlich, eher alt und dunkel. Dazu gab es nicht wirklich viel Auswahl, für Veganer fast nichts, keine Milchalternativen nichts, für Allergiker auch nicht zu empfehlen da alles sehr ungenau beschriftet ist, aber für diesen Top Preis kann man eigentlich auch nichts erwarten Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel! Nächstes Mal aber doch lieber näher annder Innenstadt bzw direkt in der Innenstadt

Nach Recherche über ein Hotel sind wir (vier köpfige Familie) auf das International Hotel Prag gestoßen. Wir reisten mit dem PKW an welches wir problemlos auf dem vorhandenen Hotelparkplatz abstellen konnten (20€ pro Tag). Laut „weg.de“ konnte man erst ab 15 Uhr einchecken jedoch waren unsere Zimmer schon bereits ab 14 Uhr verfügbar (direkt nach Ankunft). Die Verständigung mit der Rezeption wurde in sehr guten und verständlichen Englisch abgewickelt. Hier erhielten wir gleich alle benötigten Informationen. Wir hatten ein Twin/Double Bedroom gebucht für 3 Tage. Das Zimmer war dennoch geräumig ebenfalls ausgestattet mit einem großen Flat-TV, Klimaanlage (funktionierte wirklich „cool“), Mini Kühlschrank (leer) sowie Wasserkocher, Gläser, Tassen und ein paar Teesorten. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche, Toilette sowie Waschbecken ausgestattet (das übliche) klein jedoch kompakt ebenfalls liegen Seife etc. im Bad zur Benutzung bereit. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt sowie die Betten gemacht (durch gesaugt und grob gewischt). Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir uns am sehr üppigen Frühstück satt essen. Hier gab es wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Nachdem Frühstück sind wir, meiner Meinung nach, auf das Herz des Hotels getroffen Josef der Guest Relations Manager. Dieser hieß uns nochmals Herzlich Willkommen! Ebenfalls hat er Tipps für mögliche Aktivitäten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, hilft bei Allgemeinen Problemen und ist ein sehr liebevoller Mensch welcher uns unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel noch schöner gemacht hat. Kurze Tipps von mir: Ich habe mir vorab die App für den ÖPNV von Prag runtergeladen hier kann man Problemlos Tickets kaufen und via App aktiveren. (Sehr praktisch) Zuvor haben wir uns Tickets für den Zoo online besorgt welcher im Vergleich zu allen anderen einfach wunderschön angelegt ist. Das große Schwimmbad Aquapalace ist ein Besuch wert. Auch hier haben wir uns vorher die Tickets (Familienticket) online gebucht. Die Kid‘s waren begeistert Für die Autobahn benötigt man eine Vignette welche man auch online buchen kann.

Stayed over last weekend for the first time and overall my stay was very pleasant. Excellent location if you’re wanting to attend a concert/event @ the O2 arena which you can reach on foot easily in about 30mins (or take 1 bus stop & walk about 5-10mins). Shopping mall is literally adjacent to the O2 arena too. Great public transport connection with a bus stop to the tube only a couple of minutes away (2 bus stops to the tube), I’d recommend to download the PID app (will be in English) to get exact connections and purchase tickets for travel in Prague. Wi-fi in the hotel was fast and much appreciated, as was the lift coz we were on 4th floor. Didn’t see the restaurant/bar open (if it’s in the same area as breakfast) and never asked so cannot comment. This part of Prague is rather residential, I have a feeling that even the hotel used to be a block of flats prior to being a hotel? Our room was ok, albeit a bit ‘tired’ (401) but overall it was simply practical enough with a wee fridge incl wee freezer compartment, kettle, some teabags, teaspoons and also wine glasses. Towels were clean, bed comfy. I enjoyed the view of the shopping mall and the O2 arena etc . Trains running past was quite nice to hear. Water in the shower was running cold @ first but turned warm after a bit, so I guess it must the pressure? Not sure. Breakfast was very good, and again sufficient, quite a lot of cold meat choices, cheese, boiled eggs, vegetables, jams, honey, spreadable cheese, bread and sweet bread, and breadrolls, toast, cereals, fruits; hot food selection was baked beans, hot dogs and steamed veg. Coffee is dispensed from a coffee machine, it was quite foamy but still nice & tasty. Milk, tea and 2 different juices were available too. There is a fabby pool (incl whirlpool) in the hotel too! I was hoping it would be free to visit but actually you do have to book your session via reception as an extra (approx. £10/hour/person) but what was great was that we had the pool to ourselves! & you get a towel too. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will also be back in future.

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der schönen Zimmerfotos auf *********** gebucht. Außerdem war es günstig. Wir hatten bei Ankunft ein genaues Bild vor Augen. Jedoch erhielten wir ein komplett anderes Zimmer. Alles war alt und dunkel. Es hatte rein gar nichts mit dem Zimmer von den Fotos online zu tun. An der Rezeption fragte ich nach und erhielt die Antwort, dass es Fake und Photoshop sein. Ich war geschockt. Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert. Der Mitarbeiter sprach telefonisch mit seinem Chef und sagte uns zu, dass wir unser Geld zurück bekommen würden. Was natürlich später wieder zurück genommen wurde. Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl und total veräppelt. Wie kann man komplett andere Zimmerfotos in der Onlinepräsenz nutzen? Die einzige Lösung, die uns angeboten wurde war das Zimmer zu wechseln. Aber alle Zimmer waren gleich. Sie unterschieden sich nur in der Größe. Erst ein anderer Mitarbeiter zeigte uns das Zimmer von den Fotos. Es existiert also einmal :D wurde eins für den Internetauftrit renoviert? Wir zogen in das neue Zimmer um. Aber auch dieses war schon sehr abgenutzt. Der Vorhang kaputt, Haare auf den Kissen. Das größte Problem war aber die Wasserpumpe im Nebenraum. Ich habe noch nie so ein lautes Brummen und Rauschen in einem Hotelzimmer erlebt. Der eine Stern geht an die bemühten Mitarbeiter. Jedoch kam man sich echt total veralbert vor. Von ”diese Zimmer gibt's nicht die Fotos sind bearbeitet” bis ”Alle Zimmer sehen so aus wie auf den Fotos” war alles dabei. Außerdem wurde behauptet sie hätten unser Zimmer geupgradet nachdem wir das neuere bekommen hatten. Jedoch sieht man online ganz klar, dass bei Superior Fotos von dem neueren Zimmer sind und wir hatten Superior gebucht.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums. In den Einkaufszentren gibt es Cafés, eine Lebensmittelecke, einen Brotladen, einen Supermarkt BILLA und so weiter. Es ist sehr bequem. Direkt von den Einkaufszentren ist der Eingang zur U-Bahn. Parallel auf den Straßen sind Straßenbahnhaltestellen. Mit U-, bzw. Straßenbahn ist die Prager Altstadt sehr einfach und schnell erreichbar. Fitness und Wellness ist im Einkaufszentrum kostenlos. Das Frühstück war typisch europäischer Stil. Zimmer sind sehr gut unterzubringen. Dieses Hotel ist eine sehr gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Prag.

Wir sind als Paar (69 und 70 Jahre) im März verreist und haben ein wunderschönes modernes Hotel angetroffen. Unser Tochter war im Jahr vorher da und hat es uns wärmstens empfohlen. Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Das Auto stand vor der Türe, in die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel konnte man direkt einsteigen. Eine perfekte zentrumsnahe Lage! Das Personal war immer überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihnen möchten wir besonderes danken. Das Frühstück bot für alle Geschmäcker reichlich Auswahl. Die Betten waren fantastisch gut - nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart, die Zimmer sehr sauber, das Bad sehr neu. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie einen kostenfreien Tresor konnte man nutzen. Die Bar ist bis 23 Uhr besetzt und man kann den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Durch verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten findet man immer ein induviduelles Plätzchen zum Relaxen. Sehr bequem war es auch, dass man im Hotel direkt an einem Automaten die Tickets für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ziehen kann. Wir werden es unseren Freunden gerne empfehlen, da wir rundum zufrieden waren. Wenn wir wieder nach Prag fahren werden wir hier wieder einchecken.
